Jordan was helpful with the embroidery of 7 hats for my groomsmen. Came out great.
We were not greeted, during the interaction with associates we had to ask to be checked out even being the only people in the store, the famale associate was inappropriate with a friend who came over from working at Spencers and they not only misspelled mountain but also did not embroider the side of the hat correctly TWICE! HAD TO HAVE THE ENTIRE HAT REDONE AT ANOTHER LOCATION! This was in memory of my dad for my brother for fathers day. This store is terrible and I will tell everyone I know NOT to use this store.
Went to get stitching on the side of a hat. Jordyn helped us out and made an honest mistake and offered to fix it. She took care of it and didn’t cost us anything extra. Jordyn’s overall service was great and very nice to talk to.
Only have 1 employee during Holiday season. The door has a sign saying only 10 customers at a time, yet, there was like 25 people in there. Crowded!
Deleted my old review because I realize that I was being a baby about a situation that they couldnt control. I have since went in and Juan helped me and I bought a couple hats. He was really nice and I love this store

I went to SW plaza to get a size 7 black hat...the manager Jordan offered to pick one up and have it for me 11/30 at 1pm...doesnt have it...claims someone sold it but she is supposedly the manager...who even conducts business this way... ZERO OUT OF TEN!!!
The really tall guy (forget his name) was extremely helpful and friendly. He helped me find the perfect hat for a gift. Will definitely go back.
Im a returning customer that wanted to order about 25 hats with our company logo that we have done in the past. Loved the work they provided in the past. However I called on Sunday to make an order and they couldnt find my logo. Matt I believe his name was told me to call him on Tuesday and he would reach out to the home office to see if they could retrieve it. Called him today and was told he did not have time to call them and would not be able to contact them till Friday. When I asked if someone could call tomorrow he said he could leave a note but they were busy and he had to go! ? Wow. Just lost my business.
Went in there a month ago the first time was greeted by friendly staff very informative very knowledgeable highly recommended. My advice is to join the Rewards Club only cost five bucks and you get some excellent deals
Everyone was very helpful and the manager Maria was so nice. She help me pick out hats for my husband and sons. She did a great job on the embroidery on my sons hats. I am a forever customer.
