My son and I have trained at the Littleton kwoon for a year and a half. We both enjoy the classes immensely. I have taken martial arts for two years prior to coming to Pai Lum White Dragon Martial Arts, and with all respect to my prior senseis and shihan, Sifu McCuistions style of teaching is superior. Mental and physical health are important parts of the training at Pai Lum White Dragon Martial Arts. Sifu McCuistion is always inquiring about our mental and physical health with makes you feel like he cares about you as a person, not just a student. The camaraderie that is shared among the students makes your fellow students feel like brothers and sisters.

Ive been studying with Pai Lum for over ten years and will continue because of the quality of teaching. The curriculum is broad and diverse, and the students needs always come first. A traditional martial art like this is rare in modern times.

A great experience! My daughter and I (now 11) have been training at Pai Lum for nearly three years, and have really enjoyed it. White Dragon Fist Style is a traditional martial art and highly challenging, but very rewarding. Its been a real pleasure to see my daughter build her confidence and skill under the direction of the instructors here, who really make the difference. The training is taken very seriously, with emphasis on correct form, discipline and respect, which is great for kids. As for myself, the sense of accomplishment has been great, with the movements that build on each other to more complex forms. I did check out a couple of other places before choosing Pai Lum and felt confident in the way the instructors run the place and how they carry themselves. This place is the real deal, and I highly recommend.

GREAT!!! Best martial arts school. I really enjoy training here. It is hard but Im much more confident in my ability to defend myself now. My favorite is the sparring we wear pads but we fight at a level at which everyone is comfortable. Its cool watching the advanced students really go at it. Highly recommended!!!
