I live a few blocks away and have lived here for about 3 years now. There has been 3 occasions when FedEx ACTUALLY delivered my package to my house and not just left a note on my door asking me to come pick it up. Get real you’re a freaking delivery company not a storage facility if I wanted to pick up my order I would’ve placed it as such with the manufacturer.

Absolutely frustrated with this place - was home all day and they claim to have attempted a delivery - no one knocked or even left a note! They took it back to this facility which turned into a 30m drive to and back to pick it up so this fiasco didnt happen again. The package was small enough to fit in my mailbox!! I spent an HOUR of my day to be told that the delivery guy must have been new! The only reason Im not doing 1 is because the lady who got my package for me at pickup was nice and shes obviously not in control of the deliveries. But fedex - ups at least delivers my packages to an access point IN MY AREA. I dont have to drive an entire CITY over to get a package your people failed to deliver properly. Hire better people or at least train them to leave notes and knock. Most frustrating experience ever!

First time the delivery driver tried to steal my PS5. He went to my front door took a picture of the PS5 on the ground and then took it back to his truck. I had to chase him around the neighborhood on my car as He was trying to get away with it. After a few miles he stopped at a McDonalds and said he was going to take the PS5 back to my house that he just needed to take a dinner break. Today I was not home and my Fitbit Sense is gone. It was delivered based on their tracking system but It was never in my front door when I arrived home. I dont understand why companies dont required a signature. I spent an extra 20 dollars for the watch to be delivered overnight. I can see me without a watch for weeks without resolution ahead. Fed EX you really need to get better at your business.

The actual staff at the building was helpful the part that sucks is because I had to go there to pick up a package that shouldve been delivered to my home! The driver marked it as an attempted delivery, when he never came by! I was waiting for him!

I’m still standing here because I don’t want to just leave my package unattended. How long do you think I was standing here before I thought, wow I’m gonna need to take a panoramic shot of this ghost town? They still earned a few stars for their apology. They acknowledged that nobody noticed me for a while. They were very nice and helpful once we got the ball rolling and I was out in a jiffy. But I was on lunch so I wasn’t thrilled about spending longer than necessary to drop off a package that already had postage on it.

Ive had three deliveries this week with two that had three attempts. Ive been here as I never leave. They couldnt be bothered to come up to my apartment and knock on the door or call me phone. Then I have to go to the distribution using an Uber which costs me money. Are they going to reimburse me those trips,,Noooo. Talk to your drivers please!!!

It feels as if the delivery person intentionally didnt knock to force us to pick it up ourselves from the center.One of my packages that required a signature, had to be delivered from this location. The delivery person did not even care to knock, she was just leaving door notes. One time we were right by the door again no knock and saw her leave, but did not make it in time before she drove away, again just left a door tag.

Always the best! Ironically, just last week, I walked in there with a FedEx package that I was shipping for a client/friend as a favor. It was actually pre-labeled UPS and I didnt even notice. The FedEx period humorously pointed it out without giving me the mocking that I probably deserved. Ha ha!

Wasnt able to help me return my AT&T equipment, but they were friendly. I ended up having to go to 3 different FedEx locations to find one that could help me. I wish there was more information on Google Maps to help direct you to the proper FedEx facility.

They have a phone I ordered from Xfinity. It was supposed to be delivered Tuesday and so I stayed home all day, never came. Wednesday I saw the truck as I was leaving so I asked the delivery people if they had a package that required my signature and I wasnt here what they would do and they told me they would leave it in the Amazon hub locker space. They did not. They left me a note saying I had to be present and if I want I can pick it up after 5:30.Lieing straight to my face. I dont like FedEx as is because they are the most difficult shipping company to use, they should at least be honest.

I had a positive experience in my only two visits to this particular FedEx Shipping Center. The line was only one person in length, on both of my Saturday morning visits. Customer service was on point and the shipping agents I dealt with were both knowledgeable and helpful to me as a customer. Would highly recommend to anyone shipping out FedEx parcels.

If I can help it, Im never using fedex again. I ordered a cell phone through FedEx and requested overnight shipping. 4 days later I STILL dont have my phone. Tried to go to the shipping facility to pick it up and the person at the counter said they would hold it for me to come pick up. When I arrived at the facility to get it at the allotted time, they said it was already out for delivery. Instead of simply allowing me to come get it, they made me travel out to the shipping Center for no reason at all just to keep me waiting even longer. Service was friendly, but far too poor to give a half decent review

One star is being generous. FedEx consistently fails to make scheduled deliveries to my home and obviously doesnt train their drivers very well since they seem incapable of using a doorbell. I have lost count of the times I have scheduled my day around waiting for an overnight package to be delivered, only to recieve an email saying the delivery attempt was unsuccessful because I wasnt home. The customer service is a joke. If I could opt out of FedEx delivery forever, I would.

FedEx and I are best friends thanks to my companys shipping preferences, so I am very familiar with the processes in place. That being said, the crew at the Zuni center is at another level and I really appreciate their efficiency and friendliness, even in the worst moments of holiday chaos. Constantly fails to deliver packages without even attempting to ring the doorbell. Multiple times no door tag or any indication that they even attempted the delivery in the first place. No help on the phone and no attempts at any customer service resolution. Infuriating to pay extra for overnight shipping and then have to drive to the warehouse to pick my packages up. Once or twice is nothing, but this happens REGULARLY.Congratulations FedEx at consistently being the worst company I interact with on a regular basis.

Recently purchased an item online, it was going to be gift for someone who was in town for a short visit. Of course tracking information on the package said it would not arrive until the person it was meant for would be leaving. I came in and explained my problem, knowing my package was at this location. The gentleman working went out of his way to dig through deliveries that had yet to be unloaded just to find it form me. Thank you so much, I really appreciate it!

As unhappy as I am to have to come pick something up, the people at this location were friendly. Fedex, if you require a signature here are some suggestions: 1) offer receiver some windows when we can arrange to have someone sign 2) provide accurate tracking info 3) offer a text msg option that delivery en route, say within next half hour.

Unfortunately, this company cannot seem to communicate with one another. I have been out 4 different times now trying to chase down a package and spent 20+ minutes on the phone being transferred around while the employees attempt to locate my package. After driving all the way over to this location and waiting in line, William assured me that my package would be rerouted. I got TWO voicemails from him confirming that my package would be delivered to a grocery store nearby later that evening. Crazy enough, the grocery store has not received the package. 2 days later and two trips out later, the package is miraculously still missing. After working with Oscar on the phone, he was able to tell me, Oh, your package is back at the fed ex station. Oh wait, never mind, its back to the grocery store. Oh wait, just kidding, it will be delivered tomorrow. At this point I hope I never have a package delivered by Fed Ex ever, ever again. Still cant find my package, still working to track it down, and I have been chasing this all over Denver and am frankly quite sick of it.

Something weird is going on here. I just read the review before mine and the same thing happened to me. I paid extra to have an expensive new phone rushed to me. I tracked it today after it never showed and it says it was refused by recipient and is being returned to seller. Ive been home waiting on it all day and our multiple cameras show that fedex didnt come to my house. I have tried to contact fedex but they say they cant contact the local fedex facility for me. I verified with them that my address matched the one on the box. This is so frustrating. If they took it to another house and someone said it wasnt theirs all they had to do was look at the box and realize they were at the wrong house. Sending it back to the seller because they took it to the wrong place is taking the lazy way out and I paid extra for this. What really makes me suspicious is that the reviewer before me didnt get their phone either.

Hoping my package is shipped. First, no one was there when I walked in and another gentleman and I waited for someone to come out. When a guy came out from the back, he didnt say anything (Im assuming a safety break?). Usually, the other Fed Ex locations that Ive been to are pretty quick about getting your info, but this one was extremely slow. Then, when he found out I was using cash he said that the guy took the cash drawer with him on his break!!! Fortunately, the total was $16.06 and I gave him a $20 and $0.06 so all he had to do was give me $4 back in change. He went into the back to find the guy that had the cash. When that guy finally came out, he slowly opened the cash bag and for some reason pulled out a bunch of coins. I told them again that I just needed four dollar bills. I think Ill go to UPS next time or back to the friendly Fed Ex shop in Englewood where they can be quick AND give good service.

Such sweet people who work here. Eager to help you. Always going to get you the right shipping for your product and will make sure that everything is kosher before letting it go. If its fragile, they will make sure it is marked as so. I have yet to have a problem with this FedEx store.

A package for somebody else was mis-delivered to my address ... I called Fed Ex THREE times on THREE different days to arrange for a pickup so it could be delivered correctly. Nothing was ever done to come and get the package .............. instead Im the one who will have to take it to a FedEx facility. And do you think they will do anything for me taking the time to correct their screw up???If I was any kind of a responsible manger, I would have come and picked it up on my own time.

Got a door tag to pick up my package at this location after 6:30pm, the location is closed due to a power outage, but all the lights are on. If everyone’s door tags say pick up at 6:30pm, but the location closes at 7:00pm, maybe stick around to see if the electricity comes back on, because clearly it did. There are several people in the parking lot that are... not happy.

6-14-16.@8:30am not sure what the issue was but customer service was VERY limited. I had printed a label via Amazon for an item I was selling and was just at this location to drop it off. Woman at the counter seemed to be rushing people through the line. My first thought was that this was a good thing (after all,i was moving pretty quickly through the line of about 8 people) but when it came my turn, she scanned the box, told me it was invalid & that there wasnt anything she could do. After checking the tracking # myself, calling Amazon to find out if there was a problem and discovering everything was legit, I had wasted 2 hours and was able to successfully drop it off and get a receipt at a FedEx Kinkos down the street. Whether it was computer or human error, I dont know. Annoying either way though

Terrible experience to date. I was expecting a valuable package at my house. First, the courier didnt deliver because my dog was in my front yard. Fair enough. They could have called me because they have my number, but they didnt.Then I go to the station where I asked to send...and its not there. Apparently it takes 24 hours to get it there.Then I call the next morning to figure out where it is...and they put my on hold for 25 minutes and then dropped me. Called back. The agent tried to call the station...which didnt answer. Arrggh!!Incompetence and lack of accountability!!

The first woman who helped me was extremely rude. Quite surprised shes in customer service, considering how she talked down to me and interrupted throughout our conversation. Refused to get manager, until I asked 4 times. She took my drivers license into the other room, for quite a while without asking. Made me very uncomfortable. The manager, (after at least a 5 minute wait) was much more helpful, but my letter had been shredded. It was unfortunate that I didnt have any voicemails as they said they had left, and the app still showed my package at the facility. So I had driven 20 minutes to find out my package was destroyed, and they had made no effort to inform me.

Horrible customer service, made me drive 40 minutes to pick up a package that I called to verify was being held at that location before I made the drive and come to find out they put it back on the truck!!
