Honestly, it hardly deserves the 2nd star. The minimum is to apologize when you make a packaging mistake. Be careful, make sure this is the right Nr. Before leaving because for me, they gave me two different sizes for my pairs of shoes. I had the chance to go back to San Francisco before getting on my plane, so I was able to go back to the shop to ask for the change. Honestly, not simple and not very welcoming.
