Service:2 employees on the floor. They were nice. Made comments about an item my girlfriend was looking at. Dont know why so many people are hating on the workers. They even asked if I needed help and I am a guy.Ambience:The store is very open with lots of space. Its very bright inside. The lights make all the walls and furnitures look yellow. Very clean and organize in the store. Very hip pop music in the background. Kudos to the seat at the entrance for the boyfriend. :-)

Love their purses. When I walked in with my tween age girls they were polite to them too. Even helped them find a purse I could buy for their birthday at a later date. Which I did, then sent their Grandmother in to pick up matching wallets.

You get to go see what the purse looks nd feels like b4 buying, especially if you like shopping online

Great customer service!! The guy who worked there name Ryan was exceptionally helpful when trying to find a purse. I ended up exchanging the purse I originally received as a gift. Then with the one I exchanged turned out to be not in the greatest condition. Ryan was able to exchange it for one in better condition no problem. If you are looking for a purse I suggest going here. This is a place where customer service is number one priority. Will definitely be going here again!

The new staff that are here in the store have no idea what is going on in the store it was better when it was all female staff the male staff that are here now are terrible they dont know whats going on they dont know the styles they dont have any idea about dooney and Burke

This review is not for a store, it is about D&B as a company. Absolutely horrible customer service. My email went unanswered. I then called & spoke with Latrecia who was rude, condescending & passive-aggressive. She then refused to connect me with a supervisor. I will never spend another dollar with this company. I wish I could have given them 0 stars.

Absolutely Appalling customer service. They received my wallet for repair on 4/15. It is now 6/06. I have been told on 3 separate occasions that my wallet shipped. The last time I was told my wallet shipped was on 5/24.I used the online chat system to try and check on its status and was told it has not shipped.This is the third time that I have been told an item shipped only to find that is not true.The online chat CSR said if I called the 800 number I would be able to speak to a manager who would help me.I called, waited on the line and was then transferred. That manager dropped the call.I called back, waited longer and then got a CSR who would not transfer me to a manger. He said there was nothing that could be done and I could try to call back later or call tomorrow when the RA department was open. He absolutely refused to do anything to assist, including looking up the RA to see if the online chat had possibly been mistaken. When I told him that the story of all my attempts to get assistance he made no attempt to assist further, he just kept telling me that I needed to call back tomorrow.I was so excited to find out that you offered a repair service and took the time to hand write a note telling your company how much I enjoy their product and how grateful I was that this service was offered. I am now sorry I ever contacted your company. This has been a miserable experience and I am furious at the treatment I have received. In an age were brands are living and dying by their reputation you have done irreparable damage. I will never buy another DB bag or accessory.

Very poor customer service!!! They didn’t even acknowledge me, apparently their dates from last night were more important to discuss. When I did ask to look at a bag, they acted as if I couldn’t even afford it and like I was bothering them. Hello!! I walked in with a Dooney on my arm, I think I can afford it! I’ll never come back. Get over yourself ladies! You work retail, you’re not the Queen of England.

It really depends who is working that day. I came across a lady who was very accommodating. The rest are robotical.

I purchased a dooney on the 12 days of Xmas and they cancelled my order because it was not in production anymore. Called theee times and was put on hold and disconnected . Finally superviser said she could not honor my purchase with a different color purse. I’ve been buying dooney since the 80s. Will never purchase another dooney. I’ve never had this bad of customer service. Goodbye dooney I guess the have billions of dollars and don’t care about serving their longtime customers. TERRIBLE!!

If you like Rooney and Bourke, try the app MadHatter. It is a live auction site. Where you can pick up expensive stuff really really cheap. Most of the jewelry that gets auctioned off, starts out at a dollar. I have ordered and received several auction items that I won. Not just jewelry either. I ordered a power bank that I received yesterday and I love it. So head over to MadHatter if you want one of these purses without the high price tag! I saw one on MadHatter. Its the only reason I have ever heard of them. They sell a lot of Coach brand purses as well. :)
