I asked and they delivered! When I didnt want to settle for a hitch mounted tire swing out I approached Chassis Unlimited to make me one of their legendary dual swing out rear bumpers for the 03-09 dodge ram 2500/3500. I installed by myself with the help of a small lift and it is an absolute solid unit. The swingouts themselves glide very smoothly and are extremely secure with the 2 position safety pins. I have a 37x13.5 nitto ridge grappler attached to the right swingout and it holds it very securely. Zero install issues and zero issues since installed. If you want the best of both worlds for a bumper and tire carrier this is it!

I’m so happy I choose this after market front bumper for my Toyota Tundra 2016 Crewmax. Was very pleased with my entire transaction. Talked to both Cody and Bart and they answered any and all questions I had. Bumpers arrived in a reasonable time and looked great. I would recommend a second set of hands, but other than that fit and finish was spot on. They are priced under all their competitors and I would definitely buy from them again.

Bought the Octane series bumper for my 2019 Ram 3500 Limited. I got the raw steel one to have it powdercoated to color match my truck. The welding is beyond anything I have ever seen. This is by far the nicest and cleanest bumper I have ever seen. Absolutely transforms the look of my truck.

The octane winch bumper looks great on my Ram 3500. I’m a fan of the sleek design it doesn’t stick out even with the winch. The powder coat is durable I really like the wrinkle texture, slots for lights in the side and a skid plate to protect my steering brace. Fits large tires with no problems & the customer service is great!

I would highly recommend ordering from chassis unlimited. They make very well built bumpers that bolt directly to the frame. There was a mixup in a winch I ordered but they were always very very responsive to all my inquiries and there customer service was very good. I would definitely recommend buying from them. On top of all they they make one of the coolest looking bumpers and they keep innovating.

Ordered front and rear bumpers for my 2014 Tacoma earlier in the year, received them weeks before estimated delivery. Quality of welds and bumper in general was exactly what I expected. I bought a rear bumper powder coated for my 2005 dodge 2500 4x4. It was exactly as advertised. Perceise fit and bolt on, pretty easy install and LED license plate lights are bright. I added a set of rigid 3 square lights that fit perfectly in cut out area. I was not disappointed on the brightness of these small lights. Well worth the money. When I have saved enough money, Im going back for a front bumper.

I bought a used Thermal Dynamics Cutmaster 50 plasma cutter from Mr Bart spices who is the employer of this business, they told me just changed the torch, then it will work, I bought a brand TD hand torch, but the plasma cutter doesn’t work, so it’s a junk. I contact them for a solution, they said they will partial refund me, but finally they block me on FB, they don’t want to settle this problem, they are not honest business, be careful to do business with this greed attitude person

I emailed them a question about PRP seats through their website and never received a response. With customer service like this BEFORE they get my money, its not hard to see how they will perform after they get my money. NO THANKS.

These guys genuinely care about their customer service and anything off-road related. I sat in their office for a short time waiting on some fab work to be done and chatted with the guys and overheard them on the phone helping customers. Even after they told one customer who called, that they dont do basic maintenance / auto repair, only fabrication and retail, they offered to help diagnose the problem over the phone and even recommended him a trusted local 4x4 repair shop.Their products are top notch and the welding they did for me was spot on. Any products or work you get from them will definitely be done right. They dont cut corners they take their time and do it right.

Just received the front bumper for my truck, and after inspecting the part, I couldnt be happier. The welds are great and the cuts and bends are very precise. The part is the work of a real craftsman, and I will buy from again.

They had the brackets I needed but they werent bent yet. They took care of it right then and their. And apologize for the wait. Great guys and products.

I visited Chassis Unlimited shop in Livermore to check out their equipment, view some Chassis and Fabrication work they were doing. I was looking for someone local to do some custom fabrication for my muscle car chassis and I found the place for it! Cody is amazing in skill and vision, I couldnt believe some of the high end stuff he produced.

Our group of investors were looking for a good local shop to start a fabrication relationship with. We decided to start with a simple job for one of our personal vehicles to judge quality of projects. After initial contact with Cody at Chassis Unlimited, he promised to get back with quote within the next day. After two weeks and multiple contacts with no response, we will take our business elsewhere. It is disappointing because we were eventually looking to have loads of work done for two race teams. It is a missed opportunity for Chassis Unlimited, based on their website, I am sure they do quality work. So customer service rating is POOR.

Cody does great work and is very honest. I would highly recommend this shop for any type of frame or welding work.

I ordered some components from this company to build custom control arms for my truck.When I received the components, they were not as the picture showed them, and the design was inherently flawed. I would not have purchased them if I had known they would be that way instead of how they looked in the pictures.I asked to return the components and was forced to ship them at my expense. I gave them several weeks and emailed them several times and finally called and pestered them about it for the refund. They refused to refund me the shipping on their end, which was entirely too expensive in any case. It cost me $8 to ship the components and they charged me over $23 to ship.I will never do business with a company again that inaccurately represents their product and then charges the customer shipping for their mistake. This is 2017, take a picture of what youre selling, its not hard.

I cant say enough good things about the staff and the craftsmanship this company has. Im a local Livermore guy and I can drive over there and pick up parts for my projects and they are always accommodating and friendly. I bought a bumper and modified it for my 63 and had to remove some of their pre-welded internal brackets and let me tell you these guys can weld! I broke a sweat trying to break just a tack weld. If they dont have something you need theyll make it. Ive never had to wait for them to help me and Ive been coming here for years. They also sold me all of my hi steer on my old Willys crawler and the tie rods and weld nuts were great quality at a very competitive price...that was 3 years ago and never had a problem with anything. They also machined a flat top knuckle for me and got it done real fast and charged a very fair price. Great company, Great service, and very nice products.

If you want customer service, quality machining, and on spot shipping - this is the company. I had to walk away from my local tucson fab shop due to lack of customer service and delivery. I tried Chassis Unlimited and they received, packed, processed, and had my order on my doorstep from Cali long before my local tucson blistc shop even returned my voicemail. Great business ethics Chassis Unlimited!

Same issue mike had. Called for quote. Office said they would call me back with quote. Then I never got a response so I drove their and they said the company with the product hasnt gotten back to them. So I gave them 2 more calls and still no answer. I eventually called the supplier and they answered right away and had no idea chassis unlimited tried to call them. So im assuming they just didnt want my business. A courtesy call would have been nice. Their customer service is absolutely HORRIBLE
