The people working at this UPS store really work hard to get there customers to the counter as fast as possible even with all the Amazon stuff. I have get there and they have a line to the door, I think I’m going to be there for a long time and nope not long. A worker there name Gaurav, I seem to wind up at he’s window a lot, this young man is hard working, professional and attention to details, but all the employees are hardworking there. I like this store and would recommend using this UPS store.

I initially was a bit skeptical about this place after reading through the reviews but surprisingly I was glad that the folks over there were helpful and friendly. One of the employees, Mrs Anu, is extremely patient and helped us on numerous occasions with handling our shipments. I think UPS should hire more of such employees who exhibit humility and I hope your team looks through this message.One suggestion I could offer to the management could be about the print price which is slightly over the optimum value. Also I could see that theres only one system thats available and secretly wished if there could be more. I hope your team fix these items I thought of.

Super Happy with this place. I have been receiving mail here for years and everyone is friendly and efficient. Gary is so helpful that I can even call about packages Im waiting for. Recommend this place 100%.

Great customer service. I needed to ship golf clubs and the woman explained all the fees. I returned the next morning and Gary was so nice and helpful. He packaged everything for me. Thank you so much!!

Second time I’ve had a problem trying to return an amazon package to this location. Extremely poor customer service. I’d recommend going elsewhere or other options to return amazon packages.

The staff here is wonderful and the most helpful and enthusiastic I have ever seen for a shipping store. I lost a receipt and they helped me get the information months after without hesitation. Would go out of my way to give this store business.

Have started charging for taping Amazon return packages. A month ago, there was no charge but now all of a sudden they have started charging $1 for a piece of tape!! Most of the other UPS stores dont nickel and dime their customers like these folks.

Paid for Next day Air and it doesnt reach the person. So I tried to contact them, the store phone number doesnt work. The customer care rep from UPS said that they processed your package late so it wont be delivered next day. What a waste of money using them for my mailing service and worst customer service. If i could give -1 star.

$3.50 to print Amazon return label seemed a bit petty, a UPC reader is at registrar, why not scan & print it except to generate another fee by having customer use the Windows Vista (cant afford Win. 10 w/all these fees?) computer to print label from email, but what was FOR SURE petty was the $1.49 for the three strips of scotch tape to adhere the label to box...

They told me it would cost over $400 to ship my computer....went to the shipping place by Lucky and Ernies and got it shipped for $60. Old lady manager is also extremely rude and argumentative.
