Had a broken arm for an awning and the company that installed it stopped installing them. They recommended Window Works . They were prompt, courteous and responsible. The installers even called to say were running late. Very pleased.

Window Works did an excellent job. They raised and reinstalled my awning. They worked in the extreme summer heat and even came back a second time to make sure it was installed professionally and safely. They kept their word on the price they quoted me. They were a pleasure to deal with. I was very impressed with them and I highly recommend them!

We had Window Works install 6 custom electronic shades on our large outdoor deck this week. The process from beginning to end was seamless. Vince assisted us in choosing the right product along with the best design for our needs.The installation team was awesome. They showed up exactly when they said they would and worked throughout the day until the job was completed. Very professional and pleasant.It looks amazing and we love it!We also had them install custom shades inside our house previously and that experience was top notch as well.We will not hesitate to use them again for our future needs indoors and out.

I used Window Works to install a new 19 wide awning over my deck. Just had my awning installed by Window Works. Although the awning took 9 weeks to be delivered, I am very happy with the the product. The installation was great. The pitch of my awning was done to my liking. The motor is very quiet. It looks great and functions very well.

Window Works is the best of the best! I have used them for window treatments almost 23 years. Luann, one of the owners, is a fabulous and knowledgeable designer of window treatments. She has excellent taste and genuinely cares about her customers. She is sweet and personable, and very professional. When my husband did not care for what I put up as valences in our living room, Luann worked with me to replace them and make him happy. She makes excellent recommendations as to what would look good as well as what “look” is up to date. In addition to all this, the Window Works products are well designed and well made. Installation is done expertly. Without hesitation I would recommend Window Works.

The entire team-sales, manufacturing and installation was outstanding and we would highly recommend them. During the installation, they took time with us to set the awning to our exact specifications and thoroughly explained its usage and care. I was extremely disappointed with the service. No one ever followed up. In fact I had to call a few times for the quote but still never got a follow up call.
