Worker was on the phone having what sounded to be a personal call. After about five minutes she looked over at me and said they were closed. It was 3pm. I asked her what time they opened and she continued to talk on the phone while staring at me. I ended up just leaving.

I had a wonderful experience on April 15, 2015. Shelly did a very professional and painless piercing and sold me some beautiful stud earrings. She explained the entire cleaning procedure to me and even wrote it down for me. I would recommend her and the Piercing Pagoda to my family and friends.

When I got it done the first time at another place the gun actually got caught in my ear and it was a terrible experience so I was really nervous to have my ears redone. The guy that re pierced them was really nice and professional. Definitely would recommend them to anyone.

Terrible! Spent over 2 hrs trying to make a simple exchange & purchase with a incompetent sales associate. She did not know how to provide explanations on promotional sale items, she did not understand store policies, nor how to work the register.

The worst...ill informed rep. She also didnt know not the simple basic of doing a return n a simple exchange. Also math should be a required for all rep. A simple exchange took over 2 hrs..then when that went horrible wrong and return was even worst. Never again..please dont waste ur time n ur life going there. Return simple belly rings...
