So disappointed. I spent tons of money there plenty of times in the past. Today, my son bought a pair of expensive shoes and walked out wearing them. We stayed inside the mall and came back to the store within FIVE minutes saying he wanted to return them because they werent comfortable and they said they wouldnt refund the money. That it had to be an exchange. So I expressed my disappointment and said I wouldnt be coming back, and the guy said, Thats cool. Obnoxious. Im taking my money elsewhere from now on.

Good selection of shoes though i would say that they need more kids shoes since there is no journeys kidz in that mall.

Very rude guy who hung up on my face about asking a simple question because he said they were closing. Ya need to hire people with better customer service . I will be buying somewhere else
