Amazing experience at this place today! This is literally the first review I have ever written for anything and knew the moment I left this establishment that I had to do it. I was that impressed. Went in with what I thought was a shot in the dark idea for a gift for my daughters friend and the gentleman in the store walked us through our idea in about 10 minutes, gave us an unbelievably fair price, had it ready in 40 minutes, and the finished product was exactly what my daughter had envisioned for her friend. I decided to write this because COVID has definitely taken its toll on great businesses and this is definitely one business I would love to remain so that when we have our next crazy idea...we know without a doubt where to go! I have ordered a huge order of sweaters with a design. The tall guy name Eren was so kind and gave me the best price comparing to other stores that do embroidery. Definitely recommend if you have a huge order for example business advertising sweaters, masks, T-shirts, hats, etc. Thank you!

These guys are absolutely the best. Same day service on smaller jobs, great attention to detail. Not only do they embroider and print but they also give some creative input to help you along with the whole process. I come all the way from Upstate Ny to do business here because they are simply the best, professional and well worth the hour and half drive.I will continue to support this small business and urge you all to do the same.

I’ve never seen better sale assistant better so far. It was like 3 months ago I’ve been to there for the first time to just spend some time while I was waiting for my girlfriend but this Turkish guy made me buy some cool clothings (with idea of perfect designs). The store was cool but not welcoming everyone, however, if you get in there once even by mistake or chance, this guy can convince you to have any design you want!

DO NOT GET NOTHING MADE FROM THEM! I PAID 80 monies for shirts that were made incorrectly due to lack of the printer paying attention to the attachments that was sent to the email . When I called to complain all he can say was that it’s non refundable I don’t know what you want me to do.. UNPROFESSIONAL & WORSE MISTAKE!!!!!! DO NOT GO TO THEM!

Awesome, Awesome,Awesome! Awesome place friendly staff. The tall guy, Eric, is the man who whispers to the embroidery machines. He made us shirts for our soccer team. Everyone liked it.

I have gone to many places to get embroidery done and embroidery place at livingston mall has by far done the best job. I have gotten a few thinks done from them printed and embroidery and I have been so happy with how they came out. They also have a very quick turn around time which is super helpful!

I was in a bind. My colleagues and I are basketball coaches and after a rough day of being cheated around embroidery, Embroidery place was cost efficient, effective and considerate of my time. This is not often found in most places of business. They are super convenient and work meticulously in order to ensure their customers are satisfied. I would recommend them to anyone who needs help quickly on any production relative to print/embroidery.

Not a good experience. Over priced and poor quality.Didn’t feel understood, botched the job first time round and then took their time with the correction. Lack of passion/drive was felt through out the process. Suitable if you just want lettering for group events like bridal showers etc, can’t really get that wrong.

I need embroidery work done on a crocheted blanket (Live-Laugh-Love). They did an amazing job and exceeded my expectations. I will take all of my crocheted projects to them.

Horrible experience! Measured where I wanted a monogram and then they embroidered it totally off center. Finished product looks ridiculous. They should be ashamed!

This is an awful store. Awful, awful business policies and Customer Service. Employees are rude and have no abilities to speak English. Overpriced and if you purchase it be sure you want it, no chance of ever getting your money back. If I could have posted a negative star I would have.

This place sucks I just spent 140$ on 4 shirts when I could have just gone on Etsy and spent 60$ they asked for the email of the what I want on the shirts I sent it and my shirts look ABSOLUTELY nothing like the picture...I just wanted my money and VERY upset I cant get it back..... DONT GO HERE!!!!

I was going to get a shirt for my mom, and there was only ONE customer and 3 guys working. Only one was helping the lady though and the other two were just sitting there on their computer. i understand they were probably working on something but i just wanted to know the price for the shirt and design. So i said to one of the guys on the computer hey, i just have a quick question and he said naw. dont ask me. wait for him and he points at the guy helping the lady. and like laughs with the other guy. and the guy helping the lady (in a rude tone) asks what do you want? and i just said i need to know the price and he says show me the design he was yelling too. for no reason. and i showed him. at this point i felt embarrassed. and i was trying to show him but he ignored and went back to helping the lady. so i thought oh since he was busy ill just wait. but he kept asking me what i wanted in a rude way and helping the lady at the same time. so i decided to wait until he was done with her. and he took like 30 minutes (no exaggeration) and the other 2 guys still sat on their butts not helping. so i left and decided to not go there again. they probably dont care that they lost ONE customer. but if youre the only place nearby that does embroidery. at least make the customers experience great. they are super rude.

It started well enough, we went through the fonts and layout and all seemed good. However, my wife picked it up and when she brought it home I saw the design was not what I saw on the computer and the layout was not spaced accordingly. Also, the stitching looks like its going to unravel, there are gaps in the stitching. Lastly, when I called him to discuss what happened he was rude. I asked him why he didnt call me if he was going to change the design or layout and he had no answers. I told him that as a professional if any changes needed to get done he has to call the owner and not take it upon himself to change things. He disagreed with me and said he can do whatever he wants.Although he does not have any minimums and you can wait for your item if hes not busy, my opinion is the quality is not that good. Embroidme on RT. 22 in Greenbrook does a better job, also without any minimums but there is a probably a one day turn around, pricing is about the same.

They do great work. Highly recommended!!!
