Horrible customer service. I work in the wedding industry and have to rely on paper getting out on time. I was sent the wrong color and called to have the right product sent. Was told it would be taken care of… days later I called to check in and was told my emails went to spam. Thought the issue was resolved then but has the exact same experience happen 2 days later. This to be a good company but has fallen apart in the past few years. Go to Announcement Converters or LCI paper- much more reasonable prices, shipping and customer service!
