Dr. Rhee was fantastic. I have foolishly put off hearing aids. I met with her a few weeks ago and in a two week period I was all set up and outfitted with my hearing aids. I was very impressed how she followed up the next day-rare care from a doctor in this day and age. I would recommend her to anyone-she knows her field very well and I am thrilled to be hearing my young children again!

Cleanliness is a big thing for me, this office LOOKED NEW AND SPOTLESS. I can now hear better than in a while. The wax removal process was just what i needed. No pain, smooth sailing and both my ears are clean. The modern technology lets you see all the wax that is packed in your ears, and seeing it afterwards left me in shock. The Doctor is amazing and full of energy, i felt comfortable immediately. It was worth the 40 minute drive, definitely. Great experience.

Dr Rhee was an amazing help for my daughter. After years of trying to figure out what was causing her difficulties in school, and working with school testing, private testing, the pediatrician, as well as a developmental pediatrician, Dr Rhee was the one who finally determined that my daughters deficit was an auditory processing disorder. Dr Rhee was easy to deal with, personable and her evaluation was clear. The next steps in how to help my child were also presented in a simple way. Since then my daughter has had tremendous success in school using both the modifications Dr Rhee suggested as well as the support Dr Rhee recommended. I cannot recommend her highly enough! She’s the best. My child is now succeeding because of her.

Doctor Rhee is the most incredible hearing doctor I have ever met - professional, understanding and genuinely invested in providing superior care. I was 2 years old when I lost part of my hearing and have been visiting doctors in Europe and all over the world ever since. Shes the one that helped me gain confidence and selected the hearing aids for me that for sure is going to change my life as a 46 year old woman. I cannot say enough about the positive experience I had with Dr. Rhee at Hearing Doctors of NJ. I have been reluctant to consider hearing aids and, after years of difficulty hearing conversations in restaurants and other crowded public spaces, I decided to explore my options with Dr. Rhee. Dr. Rhee and her staff were extremely professional, and provided a science-based and data-driven recommendation to help with my moderate hearing loss. There was no pressure to buy anything and, despite my initial reluctance, I could not be more satisfied with the result. Rather than simply pushing the most advanced or expensive product, Dr. Rhee tested multiple hearing aids to determine which one worked best for my particular hearing. And, she was not wrong. Not only can I hear conversations while dining out, I can now watch TV at a normal volume without my family in other rooms hearing the TV as well! In hindsight, I dont know why I waited to address my hearing issue, but I am glad that I turned to Dr. Rhee to assess my hearing and fit me with the right product for my particular hearing loss. I came in feeling pressure in my left ear and having some hearing issues. Dr. Rhee, and the other workers, made me feel incredibly comfortable. Dr. Rhee quickly figured out what the issue was and I left with no pressure and the ability to hear out of my left ear again. It was such a great experience would definitely recommend to others!

But more important than that is the fact that Dr Nesson is extremely caring and showed sincere concern. I had a lovely experience here with Dr. Rhee. My sister took my mother here for an ear cleaning she had hearing loss. She had been unable to hear for severalweeks and was frustrated. My mother hates going to doctor’s office but she loved Dr. Rhee because she was so gentle and took the time to thoroughly clean the wax buildup from her ears. After the cleaning, her hearing returned. I decided to go for an ear check up and the doctor took the time out to explain the anatomy of the ear. She even showed me a visual of inside my ear with her video probe. Will be taking my father for his appointment with Dr. Rhee next week. I would highly recommend this place to anyone!

I was so impressed with my experience at Hearing Doctors of New Jersey. I brought my 21 month old daughter there to address hearing/speech concerns. Ive been told all of my adult life that improvement in hearing in my left ear (with profound hearing loss) was not possible. Dr. Rhee performed a full battery of tests and informed me that there was an opportunity to substantially improve the quality of hearing in this ear! There is a fine tuning process that takes both commitment and collaboration to optimize the performance of the hearing device. If I could give 10 stars I would. Dr. Rhee Rosenman-Nesson is extremely patient, kind, and knowledgable. She not only took the time to examine my ears but explained everything throughout the process. There was never a moment I felt uncomfortable, which says a lot considering this was my first exam and hearing loss conversations can be a bit nerve-racking. Her and her staffs professionalism and their inviting office space creates the ideal atmosphere. And Yes, I can also hear much better now!

She successfully treated my 94 yr. old mom who has lived with substantial hearing loss for years, but has been too anxious and frightened of the process to previously seek help. I kept saying “what” when my family was speaking. They finally convinced me that I had a hearing loss. I was easily able to get an appointment to see Dr. Rhee. She immediately made me feel comfortable and let me know that I was going to hear better again. Full and professional examination of my hearing indicated that I had loss in both ears. Her office and equipment are state of the art and the fitting and selection of various hearing aids allowed me to get the best ones for me. No one size fits all with Dr. Rhee. She was patient and caring and answered any question I had. After tuning the hearing aids for my exact needs, I was on my way, hearing precious sounds I was missing. She even followed up after my visits to ensure complete satisfaction. My only regret was not doing this sooner.

Dr Rhee Nesson was very patient and attentive with my 6 years old. She was very helpful and explained what she was doing and then the results thoroughly. From the beginning she talked not only to me but also to the child directly which immediately made him feel comfortable and more in control. Actually the staff was also very welcoming and also talked to the child. The office was very clean, and spacious. I did not have the claustrophobic feel I usually get when I go inside with my son for the hearing tests. Overall, a very good experience from the start to the end.

Dr. Rhee is amazing! Last September, when we moved my father to assisted living near us, he was struggling to hear. In the middle of the lockdown Dr Rhee was able to go into the assisted living and test him and fit him with hearing aids. I can hear again! Very efficient and effective ear cleaning ... I was in and out in around a half an hour after getting a next-day appointment. Receptionist and doctor both very friendly, informative, and flexible. Im sending my daughter there next, and Hearing Doctors will be where I go for any audiology needs I have in the future.

Dr.Nesson figured out why we always thought our daughter was ignoring us. Through her auditory processing testing she was able to give us the answers we need to help our daughter do better at school and at home. Shes guided us and has been supportive every step of the way including giving us the additional referrals to other specialists that we needed. Plus, our daughter even had fun doing the testing!!

My 9 year old Daughter was fitted with hearing aids in first grade and now in 4th we knew something was off. At the hearing doctors of NJ Dr. Rhee fit her for new aids in record time and she has called it life changing on her zoom classroom and chats with friends. Hearing so well! I owe Dr. Rosenman-Nesson and her amazing receptionist an apology, my appointment was on 5/25 and I shouldve wrote this review the day of my visit. However, I remember this visit as if it had happened today because it was one the most AMAZING experiences I have ever had at a doctors office. I am delighted to share some details from my amazing visit. I was mesmerized the moment I walked into the office, the waiting area was extremely clean, neat, and inviting; just the type of atmosphere you want to experience when you walk into a waiting room. Upon arrival, the receptionist addressed me by name and was kind and patient with me as I filled out my paperwork. As I was writing on the easy to understand and well designed forms, I heard a voice greet me. To my surprise, it was the doctor. She politely greeted me, introduced herself, and informed me that she would be taking care of me today. Service like that is hard to go by these days. After I completed my paperwork, I was immediately invited into the doctors office and she was genuinely eager to address my concerns. I was at the ER the day prior, but the hospital was not entirely comfortable addressing my ear concern and recommended I seek a doctor that specializes in the area of concern, and I was fortunate to find the best! After discussing my situation, the doctor walked me through the process and what I should expect. The treatment lasted less than two mins and pain free. I was overjoyed to hear crystal clear again! After the treatment, I was invited back into the doctors personal office and we chat for several minutes.Never once did I feel rushed and Dr. Rosenman-Nesson took time to get to know me personally and professionally. Yes, I know this is a long review, but I had to give credit where credit is definitely due. The entire appointment was OUTSTANDING. I was impressed by the high level of care and customer service. I live in NYC, but I will definitely make the drive for future hearing needs.

Dr. Rhee and Ivelizza are the absolute best! Dr. Rhee takes the time to listen to your concerns and goes above and beyond to help you. I came here with my dad after the first audiologist he had gave him the wrong type of hearing aids for his condition and then didnt care that the settings were all wrong and all he was hearing was screeching. He claimed that it was because of the type of damage he had and that it would never be better then what it is. We went to Dr. Rhee for a second opinion and now my dad has the proper hearing aids and is hearing to the best capacity that he can. If he ever has an issue, I call the office and Ivelizza gets him in as soon as possible. They treat you like a priority here, not just another patient. I wish I would have found them first.

Dr. Rhee Is amazing. I called her pretty panicked and she took me right in. I don’t have insurance here in the U.S and she was very accommodating. I am also terrified of doctors and have extreme anxiety, I’ve been misdiagnosed and treated terribly multiple times for other things elsewhere. I was nervous but I went to her because I saw LGBT+ and good reviews. My best decision! She took time to listen and understand, She is very easy and open to talk to. You could definitely tell her anything your worried about without fear! I’m feeling a lot better and she is really the best. My grandma is a doctor so I’m very picky- I am saving her card for the future and recommending her to friends and family! she’s the real deal.

Ive been wearing hearing aids for 5 years now. I bought them at Costco. They seemed ok, however I really had nothing to compare them to. I found myself sayingwhat all the time. Doing some research, I fould Dr Rhee to have great reviews. I had an appointment within a couple of days. I had my hearing test and ordered my new hearing aids. I remember Dr Rhee telling me she never wants me to have to say what again. I was a bit skeptical.Today I was fitted with my new hearing aids. All i can say is WOW!! They art incredible. Dr. Rhee is THE BEST!!! I have been wearing hearing aids for many years. My hearing aids were purchased from Costcos (3 different pairs as a matter of fact). The quality was okay for the money I spent. I decided that it was time for me to see a certified audiologist as my hearing was getting worse as I got older. I researched and found Dr. Rhee Rosenman-Nesson Au.D., CCC-A. I had read her reviews from present and former clients and was extremely impressed. I called and made an appointment.When I arrived, the first thing I noticed was how clean the office was. Everyone was extremely nice and warm. I meet with Dr. Rhee and told her how my hearing has changed over the years. She listened to my problems, concerns and took notes. I did not feel rushed during my visit and Dr. Rhee went over all my concerns and suggested many options to me.To make a long story short, I ended up with a new pair of hearing aids that were programed especially for me. The new hearing aids I purchased have a lot more features than the one Costcos offered. Quality is so much better than Costcos and I do not have to wait weeks to see someone.I will go back to Dr. Rhee and will also recommend her to friends and family. THANK YOU AGAIN DR. RHEE!!!

Dr. Rhees care and facility were top notch. The office was very clean and compliant with COVID-19 restrictions, personnel were helpful and professional, and Dr. Rhee spent all the time (+ more) needed during my appointment. Her focus is on her patients and its easy to see. Great experience overall.

I saw Dr. Rhee Rosenman-Nesson during the summer. She was excellent and enthusiastic about her work. She helped me understand all my questions about hearing and my mild-approaching-moderate hearing loss. She also seemed genuinely interested in me as a person and my personal life story, not just a patient. I highly recommend her services.

The quality of my hearing had been on a decline for the past 7 years. Three years ago, I visited a different audiologist to get and assessment and to try hearing aids. I was very disappointed since I was shown about 5 different brands of hearing aids and asked to select one. My purpose for an audiology visit was to get professional help in my hearing loss assessment and selection of hearing aids. I wanted to rely on the expertise of my audiologist to select appropriate hearing aids and not on any promotional sales pitch by a manufacturers rep. I promptly left that office without the hearing aids I needed. A month ago, I decided to try again and made an appointment to visit Dr. Rhees office. Dr. Rhee provided exactly the kind of expertise I expected from an audiologist. Rather than ask me to choose a brand, she gave me a blind test using several different hearing aids. I wore each hearing aid without knowing the brand name and then was exposed to different sound/noise environments with each hearing aid test. The correct aid was the one that worked the best for my hearing loss condition! While these steps seem rather straight forward in the selection of hearing aids, I discovered that the same brand approach that I experienced 3 years ago still existed in other audiology practices. Before my visit to Dr. Rhee, I again had discussions with other hearing aid sellers to see if their aid selection protocols had changed. No-one provided me with the kind of examination of aids that I received from Dr. Rhee. I wanted the best fit for my hearing loss and not just a brand name that I might have come across on the internet. Now having worn my hearing aids for over a month, I am very satisfied with my experience-based choice. I feel that I am able to hear normally again. Importantly, my grandson does not have to speak directly into my ear....

Dr. Nesson at Hearing Doctors of New Jersey, was fantastic with my four-year-old daughter who needed to get her hearing checked. My daughter has a very big fear of doctors and Dr. Nesson was kind, patient, and personable. In fact, she was the first doctor my daughter let check her ears without crying. I can’t recommend her enough and will return with any other hearing issues for my daughter.

Dr. Rhee is an amazing audiologist and she runs an incredible practice in Livingston, NJ. She is highly intelligent, with amazing credentials and has a incredibly warm bed side manner. I have had Menieres Disease for over half of my life and when I met with her a few years ago, she listened to my story of living with this horrid condition with empathy, compassion. Finally, I had found a hearing doctor who really cared. She took the time to perform necessary tests to find just the right kind of hearing aides. I can not be more thrilled with how her help turned my entire life around. I have a quality of life that was missing because I didnt know that hearing aides would help with my hearing AND the symptoms from Menieres Disease (tinnitus/vertigo/fullness). Because of her deep care for helping my life improve, Dr. Rhee succeeded at helping me feel so much better and finally hear better!! Her office is beautiful, meticulously clean, and set up with professionalism and warmth. Her staff are very friendly as well. I would highly recommend seeing Dr. Rhee for any hearing concerns- she will treat you like family and she really does care! She cried with me when I first got fitted with my new hearing aids!! She also has an pediatric audiologist onsite who works with children regarding auditory processing concerns and more! 5 stars is just not enough- I wish I could give her 10 stars!!

From start to finish Dr.Rhee and her staff were terrific. Tonya was exceptionally nice helping me on the phone before our visit. At our 1st visit yesterday I thought Dr. Rhee was working at the front desk, as her and Tonya were sitting together waiting. She allowed Tonya to check us in then personally walked us back and introduced herself. I havent seen that type of etiquette in years (by a family dr/former boss of mine, not our clinician). It meant everything to an anxious mom of a toddler trying to do our best to catch up w/ his PCPs request after quarantine. The rest of the visit followed this example: hands-on, patient and flexible with a 3 y/o 1st time hearing test. I didnt realize how rare its become to see this type of professionalism & genuine care, and how impacting it is on impressionable patients. Thank you!!

As a mom of 2 young kids, I never wanted to admit my hearing loss. I thought I was too young and I was too vain to confront my issue. I am a doctor and I was having difficulty hearing my patients but it is difficult to admit our own medical concerns.On my first visit Dr Nessons office her compassion and excellence were evident immediately. Dr Nesson is wonderful and the office space is spotless! I had been having trouble hearing people on the phone and zoom calls so I went in for a hearing test. Tonya, at the front desk, is very professional and helpful. All COVID precautions have been implemented- masks, temperatures, social distancing and extra cleaning made going into the office feel very safe. Dr Nesson was patient and through and recommended these very light and small hearing aids that only amplify the lower frequencies which account for my main area of hearing loss. Now its as if I just have custom AirPods and can hear everything so much clearer! I highly recommend Hearing Doctors of NJ!
