Was quoted and received money from insurance for a dent. When I took vehicle in to get repaired it now cost $1,400 more then quote. Was told “car must have been dirty last time and we didn’t see the full damage.” When I reached out to a supervisor I was told he would talk to guy at body shop and get back to me. This was over a month ago. I have heard nothing and will never use them again.Side note..... Todd is the man. Wish he didn’t work for them. So great to work with.
