After looking at multiple places for a washing machine I immediately knew where I was going to purchase from just because of the customer service. They made me feel comfortable and were SO helpful! I will continue to purchase all my furniture from Vogels!

Im disappointed that this locally owned appliance business has no control over customer service should the appliance need repair. I was told that customer service for repairs of all of their products is bad and getting worse.

Mid level mattress for a high-end price. The exact same mattress online is half of what we paid. I understand buying local benefits the town and the local people working but this place is quite ridiculous. Maybe we’ll shop there again at their going out of business sale. 😐

Eddie Vogel is the best. Really listens to what you say you want and makes it happen. Well worth the drive and they deliver to Austin at a reasonable fee

I went to Vogel furniture to look at mattresses and was approached by a sales man by the name of Donald, I asked if I gave cash would he work a deal with me and he knocked 100 off the price of the mattress and wrote it all down, I told him Id like to investigate the mattress a bit but would be back that following monday, this was Saturday. Showed up monday and he said that the price of the mattress had gone up but they hadnt changed the paper on the mattress. Didnt honor the price he wrote down on the paper and wasnt even apologetic about it. Very awkwardly let me walk off in silence. If you do go to this store I highly recommend steering clear of Donald, he obviously doesnt care about his customers

I decided to walk in to check it out. Well the store was nice. However the merchandise was way over priced. Wayfair has most of the merchandise that this store carries at a fraction of the price.

I have bought several Appliances and furniture pieces here the employees are great and give my the best price i can find with good payment options
