Love this place! They had what we needed last minute and I am forever grateful! I procrastinated on my kids costumes and thought I was going to have to shamefully persuade them to be something else but Party City saved us!!!

Great place for all your decorations for any occasion. Pretty decent prices on most items. Huge variety to choose from for most things youre looking for. And friendly helpful staff every time Ive been there as well.

Extremely over priced for items that are paper thin and cheaply made. Lots of party favors but definitely not a costume store. Staff is very friendly, just not very knowledgeable. Huge balloon selection.

Its a new place off of lower sac/kettleman in Lodi never been there first time from Stockton! They got everything from bowls, fanny packs different colors balloons Party central! Way better than what we have seen in Stockton or Tracy!

I called for a specific product, black rabbit ears, and they said they had 10 in stock. Elizabeth, the worker, said she would put a pair aside for me when I asked. I drove about 45 minutes to get there to find out that she didnt put aside anything and to find out that they didnt have any in stock. I drove all the way back home empty handed. The rest of the store was nice and plenty full of other items just not the one I was told they had.

So maybe all Party Citys are different. Grant it, I havent been to a Party City store in quite a while...but I recall them being adequately stocked with virtually any and everything you need when it comes to parties and costumes. Well this particular store did not have what I needed...despite an employee telling me over the phone that the item was in stock. Nevertheless, Party City is still a decent store.

Their store is always clean and organized the few times ive been here. Todays service was very helpful. She was quick and kind!

Super friendly, highly accommodating. Last minute gender reveal, and its all girls at one spot, all boys at another. Tried here, we mixed and matched and made it happen. We have no clue as to the gender of our baby. Thanks for being so awesome, and making a Thanksgiving gender reveal possible at the absolute last minute.

Alot of confetti in like most other places . We got glow sticks poppers and stuff to fill the pinata

The store has everything you can think of to have a party! Too bad about the staff. They couldnt care less if you shop there or not. Too busy socializing amongst themselves. And its the same every time I shop there.

Place was well kept and had a lot of things except I did NOT find what I wanted which was odd because I did find it at the 99 cent store! Also, I ended up buying some of those party strings. Each coat me 99 cents. I paid like $5. I ended up going next door to Hobby Lobby and they had the SAME ones with so much more feet for the same amount :/ I was upset but didnt want to waste my time returning the ones I had already bought.

Love this place

I used this location for my best friends gender reveal yesterday, when they opened this huge box, 3 little balloons came out. The confetti balloon I had ordered was stuck to the glob of duct tape this store had at the bottom of the box. Absolutely horrible. I will never use this service again from now on I will purchase balloons elsewhere. Also when the box was picked up they had the lid sunken in Stockton far you could see what was inside, multiple people knew what the gender was before mom even got to open the box. The employees there told me when I ordered the balloons “don’t worry we do this all the time” and they executed this so unbelievably poorly.

Great for birthday party themes and supplies. Tons of stuff to choose from. For all ages even. And around Halloween they have great costume ideas and accessories. Everything from low budget to higher end. You cant find anyplace better for party prizes for kids. Also great place for loading up a pinatas.

They put a gender reveal balloon together for my girlfriend. And there was no blue confetti (That their employee said he put in) just the “gold” and the blue powder that ended up being GREEN... I think the powder didn’t come out because it caked on the inside of the balloon because the employee had keep turning it to clean it because he go blue powder all over it, that We still had to clean of later..On top of that we bought a lot of balloons and got to perfect weight for the thyme of the party and HE DIDNT PUT IT IN THE BAG! And didn’t have time to get it before the party.We had called before and was told this whole thing was to take 10 mins, this took 30!OVER PRICED & INCOMPETENT EMPLOYEE.

Horrible costumer service I waited 10 minutes until they finally helped me. The cashier was very rude and threw my bag to me. The only reason I would come back is because they have decent party things.🤦‍♀️

I asked for white gloves and was treated like dirt. Was told they dont carry them. Then I asked why did google send me here. When I found them, the girl looked at me and shook her head, when I brought them to the cash register. Dont know what the problem was?
