The receptionist was very polite.. the technician was awesome... I was embarrassed with my hearing loss... He was very patient with me he understood me...I would recommend my family and friends with hearing loss.

Great customer service and friendly staff and clean store very helpful and fast service with hearing aides.

We were there at the appointed time and there was no waiting. Tod made us feel very comfortable and the tests went well. He explained everything he was doing and why and then explained our insurance policy and gave up options as to which hearing aids would be best for us.

The experience was quick, thorough and honest. I tested average hearing and was not pressed to purchase unnecessary hearing aids.

They are great. Professional and show they care! They took care of my 88 yr old Dad.

They made time for my mom whose 94, during their lunch break. Weve moved out of town and were in the area and they fixed her hearing aid. Thank you.

Hearing life Hearing Aid Center in Lodi,CA was very prompt and professional. I needed to get a hearing Test and some ear impressions for custom ear protection. I hunt and shoot a lot and needed ear protection to mitigate the sound from firing the weapon. They were on time, explained in detail what tests were taking place and the results. I was in an out in 30 minutes.

I dont really have any complaints the offices really nice the staff and the front office is efficient and friendly and the doctors really good the only thing is I may not be able to guess what I went there for due to insurance issues. Which its a distance from me so Ive never know if its going to be a waste of my time going there.

It is an awesome day when the audiologist can send my daughter off with a smile.

Monica at front desk was kind and efficient. The doctor was polite and informative and kind. He explained everything in simple terms to my 91 yr old mother in law who I brought in to pick up a replacement hearing aid, for one that still may be somewhere.... $2,500 is a HEFTY price for ONE hearing aid...Not sure if she was offered a more affordable one, as I usually dont take her to her appts. One suggestion I do have, is for a handout paper explaining about batteries, opening battery case to turn OFF when out of the ear, closing battery case to turn ON while in the ear. Also on the handout about free cleaning offered, and replacement insurance for 4 months. I doubt she will remember most of what he said. I hope to GO BACK to Poseys and have the info RETOLD to ME, and I will personally make her a handout to refer to. As a 35 year career RN, I ALWAYS gave discharge instructions IN WRITING for later referencing. That way, family members who were NOT at the appt would know what to do, or understand. Perhaps I should have been taking notes? Professionalism was high. Office clean.
