Much better than the Big Box alternatives in town. Friendly, attentive customer service. Only downside was a potential one-week waiting time for products not in stock in the local store, but the associate was up front about this from the beginning.

We started at Lowes and were going to buy the Sherwin Williams paint they sell there but werent quite sure and there wasnt anyone in the department we could ask. We googled to see if there was a Sherwin Williams store near us. Yes, and everything was 25% off! We had 45 minutes to get there and shop before they closed. The salesman was extremely knowledgeable and help us get everything we needed to paint the inside of our living room, kitchen and hallway and a hutch. He also gave us an additional coupon. We added up what we spent and while it was a bit more than what we would have spent at Lowes, it was much better quality and we had the knowledge that it was exactly what we needed rather than hoping it was.

Placed order over the phone said it would take 10 minutes to mix arrived 15-20 minutes later, didnt have paint ready, guy behind the desk didnt have a mask on and didnt put one on the entire process

They have always been very helpful, theyve given advice that Ive never gotten before at the box stores. They also will have great sales from time to time. All my purchases are in their computer, I dont have to remember paint colors.
