My wife and I got in a traffic accident and the front body of my wife’s car needed work done on it. JC took us in and gave us 2 months to pay everything off along with a rental car for free. They were done in just over two weeks and were very friendly over the phone and in person and the car looks great. We even got a thank you card signed personally.

This is the best place to get bodywork done. I hit a deer going 65 MPH in my 2020 truck. Took out the whole front end. They did everything to help us out. Our insurance company did not provide a rental so JC Auto provided us with a vehicle at no extra charge which I am super grateful for. When I got my truck back it looked brand new again. It was all detailed and looked perfect. They put all new GM parts in it so it didn’t void any warranties. I hope we don’t go through this again but if we do we are definitely coming back here. We highly recommend them.

The owner of JC Auto will bend over backwards for his customers. He goes to great lengths to find the exact replacement parts for the best price. He also will repair hidden damages for only the cost of the parts, which doesnt seem fair to him! But his customers are everything. He has been repairing our vehicles for over 15 years. With 7 teenagers plus deer on the roads, weve had to use him over and over!

Took my wifes Yukon in to have some paint around the rear fenders fixed and a new windshield put in. While it was there they also fixed a rear window defroster tab that had fallen off without being asked and didnt even charge me for it. When we went and picked it up it was cleaner than when we bought it and the repair work looks amazing. These guys will definitely get my business next time I am in need of a body shop and I will recommend them to everyone I know.

Great experience here. I got a few quotes around town, and J C had the best price. Work was done in a very reasonable time, turned out good as new, and they provided me with a free loaner car. Staff are friendly and explained everything to me beforehand and after. These arent the types of businesses you hope to ever spend your money at - but if you have to, I highly recommend J Cs!

We had a fender bender that left some minor damage on the rear corner, so we took it to JC Auto to get repaired. It looks as good as new now. Working with them was very easy from start to finish. They even gave the car a nice detail before we picked it up.

I was referred by a friend to go see Joe at J C Auto and was not disappointed in the least! My car was pretty hammered but is now like new and looks fantastic. They also put in a new windshield for me. The price was very competitive compared to other body shops which further helped my decision aside from the referral. They were much faster than I expected and had my car done in 10 days. I was thinking it would take at least a month! They have loaner cars available at no extra cost which was a life saver. The staff was very friendly and easy to work with. They also have a website where you can go and view the progress of your vehicle. An overall excellent experience. This place is amazing! They took my car in immediately, I didn’t have to pay top dollar, and they even gave me a loaner car to use while my car was being fixed. It took less than a week to fix up my car, and it looks great! They also cleaned my car, too! They gave me a quote same day and told me it would take 5 to 7 business days to complete the repairs. Repairs were completed in 4 days! Miller Auto on 10th quoted me $1000 more and took 2 days just to send me the quote. I would recommend JC Auto for any Auto repairs! Plus the detail on our truck was better than when be bought it! Took my truck in to them because I got hit on my fender and they did a real nice job fixing it up! They took really good care of me and set me up with one of their rental cars while they were working on it! The repair time took a little over a week which wasn’t to bad and I’ll definitely be going back to them for any future damages I may encounter with my truck again!

We’ve had JC Auto make repairs several times the past many years, including front end repair last week on our brand new hybrid Sonata. (A car in front of us dropped its hitch and it found its way to our bumper.) Joe and his guys are perfectionists. I was nervous about our new car but it came back looking great. In fact, they detailed the car for me and I swear it looked better than when we drove it off the car lot. I’ll never go anywhere else!

I HAVE NEVER BEEN SO IMPRESSED WITH JC AUTO. I had taken my car in because i had gotten in a fender bender with a person that had theyre insurance through JC Auto. When I dropped my car off they were very friendly, and even gave me a rental while they were fixing my repairs. You can look at the updates they are doing on your car online so youre always informed. They even called me to let me know they had ordered parts for more damage they had found. When I got my car back I was floored, not only had they replaced my bumper they had detailed my entire car. The pinstripes on the sides of my car had been touched up and even replaced where the bumper had been repaired. I have nothing but good things to say about the service they give, they go above and beyond!

These guys are great. I had an old, damaged plastic bumper that is very rare, so my only option was to repair it. I first went to Miller autobody on 10th north and they took one look at it and said they wouldnt touch it with a 10 foot pole. Horrible customer service there, by the way.Then I drove over to JC Auto and they looked around for a new or used one online first, but couldnt find one. I said I was desperate and they said they would give it a go.I came back a couple weeks later and they had worked a miracle. It wasnt perfect, but I knew that was impossible, and it was so good that nobody would notice anyway. Yes the cost added up because there was a lot of labor involved, but I knew that going in.Thanks again for the awesome work, and mostly thanks for being willing to take on a hard project!The customer area is a little run down, but the quality makes up for it, plus they are willing to put in real work.

I have worked with JC auto multiple times over the years. They have lined the inside of my Jeeps. Last time I dealt with them my truck had been involved with a side swipe. I ended up having them paint the entire truck not just the damaged side. Yes it was expensive. Nothing is cheap. I understand that you get what you pay for. I took my volvo to JC AUTO and they ripped me off. I asked for months about an estimate on repairs. Put a 1000 down for good faith, and six, seven months later received a bill for 4400 with no paint. Also after all said and done offered him the title for my thousand back. Wouldnt do it, asked him so I didnt feel completely f@$#*! 200 hundred and Id give him the title. Still wouldnt do it. So that is the kind of business he does.
