Arrow Fence was willing to bring out the materials for me and dropped them off at my residence with no extra charge as they were working in the general area where I live. Would recommend!!

Ryan & Lance are great to work with! They have done 2 yards for me so far. They really care about quality and will build a fence that can withstand strong winds and will last for years. I have also worked with them in the capacity of a professional land surveyor many times. They want to make sure that your new fence gets built in the proper location.

Arrow Fence is impressive. I had eight brand new puppies that were starting to run around. One day they ran out into the middle of a busy street. After a mild heart attack, I got them home. I immediately called Arrow Fence and spoke with Lance. He sent a temporary fence up with a crew that afternoon. Over the next few weeks, they installed our fence. Ryan and Lance are responsive and customer service-oriented. They are busy, but isn’t the best always busy?

My fence turned out fantastically! Constructed well and the crew did a good job with the clean up.

Had to call three times and send an email over the course of a week just to get the quote. Then the quote came back higher than anyone elses. Pretty disappointing that I not only had to repeatedly reach out for a quote (and it was for literally a square fence, nothing fancy) but that it was also so much higher.

Had a good experience with Arrow Fence from bidding to completion. The wind storm hit just before they were scheduled to start so they were delayed a bit. But when they got on the job they were professional, pleasant to deal with, kept me informed on the progress and careful around my garden and yard. Id use them again.

Fantastic customer service from Lance that was timely and responsive to questions before, during, and after fence installation. He walked our property with us and listened. The other guys didnt even show up for appointments and just did estimates over the phone. Pricing was competitive with other quotes in the area. Jake and Hubba completed the job with a level of courtesy, diligence, and work ethic that exceeded my expectations. My neighbors were concerned about the mess that comes with a fence install and this crew took great effort to ensure there were no issues throughout the process. Highly recommend.

We Had a major wind storm Friday afternoon during a family BBQ party... The big double RV gate didn’t get shut all the way and the wind destroyed one of the double gates! Broke the metal frame and did a number on the gate to say the least. Once I finished helping put the neighbors trampoline back in their yard and trash cans rounded up along with other flying objects that are not supposed to fly, I looked up fence companies and had heard about Arrow Fence Company through some landscapers, so I called them and talked to Lance. Monday morning his guys stopped by and gathered up all the pieces and Tuesday morning my wife calls me at work and said the fence is fixed!!! I was in shock at how fast they had it fixed! Great job, awesome, awesome, awesome! I can’t believe how fast they were! It looks just like new!!! So just know that if the BIG BAD WOLF comes to huff and puff and blow your fence down like mine-don’t worry Lance and his guys have you covered!!!

Professional from the estimate to the completion of the vinyl fence build. I couldnt be happier. Lance came out and gave me an estimate, very professional and accommodating. I love working with family owned businesses that are small enough to talk to the owner, Ryan, the project manager, Lance and be in constant communication with the fence builders, Jason and Laine. We are extremely happy with our new vinyl fence, Lance was so good to work with and the crew that came out to install were so kind and efficient. Can’t say enough good about this company. I hope to be able to do the other side of our yard soon. Even though they were very busy with the wind storm that took down my cedar fence and many others I’m sure, the still were on top of getting mine taken care of with a temporary fence so my dog could still run in the back yard.

UPDATE- Lance reached out to me and did everything he could to make up for everything. They repaired the fence same day.Arrow Fence, at the end of the day, gave me a beautiful fence. However, communication was exceptionally poor. It took them two months from start to finish to complete the fence. Both me and my landscaper kept trying to pin down information from them, which was difficult to say the least. I was quoted that the cost would be from $5500-$6400, and then got invoiced for $7100, which was a bit frustrating as well. There was also one piece of my brand new fenced that had a warped/damaged quality to it. I think these guys are far too busy and because of that, it reflects in their customer service and work. Maybe reconsider hiring them if you feel like from the get go any of these same things are at play.

Just had a section of vinyl fence done. Their attention to detail is top notch, the lines are straight and I couldn’t be more satisfied. I highly recommend them.

I was not a customer but a neighbor of a customer and they made a mess in my yard, told me I had to wait til they were done with install to have it cleaned and then did a very poor job of clean up. NOT impressed.
