I cant vouch for their business practice as a whole, but I would like to share my experience, which was awful. Our front window of our house was broken and we reached out to Local Glass to have it repaired. Understanding that there is a glass shortage due to the pandemic we were patient as we waited for our glass to be ordered and shipped. We were told the day that technicians would come to install our glass but not told a time frame or given a warning when they were coming. My wife had to leave a work meeting when the technicians showed up. They removed our broken window and as they went to install the new glass realized they had ordered the incorrect glass and it was 1 inch too large. They reinstalled our broken glass and their office called us to say they would reorder the correct glass. We patiently restarted our wait. A month goes by and we hear that our glass has arrived and will be installed on a Friday morning. Per our request we got a quoted time as to when the technicians would arrive and made arrangements for one of us to be available at home. The technicians arrived, took out our broken glass and realized AGAIN that they had ordered a piece of glass that was 1/4 inch too big. While I can understand a manufacturing mishap or a misorder once. Twice in a row was too much. Plus, the technicians damaged our plants in our flowerbed. As they re-reinstalled our broken window they also added new, larger cracks in the glass. So now we are stuck with an even bigger eyesore until we can find another company to do this work, hopefully on their first try, for us.

They were prompt and professional. The quality of work is amazing and our home has never felt more cozy. We had issues (before we called Local Glass) with the seals on our windows. Our power bill was massive during the winter months. I haven’t felt one draft after their installation!Their prices are great too! I was expecting to pay 10 grand we got all our windows replaced for a significantly lower amount.Also, I was aware there’d be some mess involved with the tearing out of old windows, I was highly impressed with their level of care for my home!I highly recommend this company!

I used this company for a full home window replacement.They were professional, understanding, good workers.I would and do recommend them to anyone in need of Glass. Keri installed a large mirror in our bathroom. His service was impeccable, the quality of the mirror was excellent, and the value was the best we found. I would recommend his service to any friend or family member.

Local glass is great. they helped me get a well priced custom piece of glass for an aquarium top. Fits perfectly and They even gave me a smaller glass piece for free to practice drilling holes through so I wouldnt damage mine.

We desperately needed new windows and doors in our summer home. The owner worked hard with us to find the right windows. He was very honest about expectations for pricing. We bought the windows last fall, stored them in the summer home. He was there to install them as soon as good weather and our schedules meshed. I was amazed at how hard he worked, the time he took to explain processes to me, and how well he supervised the staff who were with him. Our doors should be installed soon and we are very excited to have Local Glass doing the work. They are honest and very knowledgeable. I would hire them again in a heartbeat!

Well i had four windows that needed to be replaced. They came down a did measurements at no cost they gave me a quote, 2 weeks or so later came down and installed my windows. They where very fair with the price. I would recommend to anyone.

We had an emergency over the weekend and needed an immediate fix for the main window of our house. Keri hooked us up and took great care of us and all for a very reasonable price considering our circumstances!
