First, these mats are thicker and better made than others I have bought, and the print is very clear.Now, I got my mats fast, but I ordered the Walther P-99 mat, and got a PPQ.Within 3 days of my E mail about the error, I had a new P-99 mat at no extra cost.Thats fine service, and they were on the spot with return E mails and apologies.We all make mistakes, what defines a great company and their people is how they handle mistakes, and these are great people.Well Done!!!!

Just got the mat in the mail today and the quality feels top tier. Rubberized underside does not slip, making it a stable work station for cleaning handguns. The detail of the breakdown of the Glock gen 5 schematic was much clearer than I expected. This is the first mat in my collection, but will definitely buy more as my firearm collection grows. Ordered a Smith and Wesson M&P takedown mat from them as a tool for learning how to care for my pistol. The mat came quickly, is large enough for a broad workspace, and is scaled 1:1 for following along.It also kept solvent and oil off the table, which is a plus from the missus.
