They are so RUDE ! They never once called me to tell me the damage done the amount of the estimate NOTHING. Everytime I would call them they where just rude. Mind you I didn’t call until it was almost 3 weeks in of them having my daughters car and haven’t heard from them so I called. And every other time I would call it was because they thought ey just kept telling me a date and I would call on that date to see what time I could come pick the vehicle up and they would just give me another promise date. For over 2 months this went on. Then they had to send it out a mechanic that was suppose to fix the transfer case and again never called to let me know hey this is where your car went to get the transfer case fixed. We finally get the jeep back her 4 wheel drive did not work and none of her drive modes work at all. The only reason I bought her this vehicle was for the 4 wheel she lives in the country and when it snows she will need it. I call walters to ask who “fixed” it and they refused to tell me once again rude. And all I wanted to do is bring it back to the mechanic who fixed and have them look at it !! Do not go here it’s not worth the wait or to put up with all the rudeness.

PERFECTION! In my younger years, I was in more than a few accidents and have had to have a good percentage of my cars repaired from such accidents. My cars were never the same afterward. This time tho, I am WAY more than impressed. I had a deer DESTROY my driver’s side of a 2018 Chevy Cruze from the front bumper all the way down my drivers side to the rear fender. I was nervous about my car not being “the same” after having it fixed. Walter’s exceeded any and all expectations I had. My car is actually BETTER than new! The paint and body work is absolutely PERFECTION! I don’t care how far you have to travel to have the work done, it is DEFINITELY worth the trip! I will say it again, their work is FLAWLESS!

I was a customer several years ago but I cant remember anything good or bad about that. But a couple of weeks ago they called me to work for them. While I was there I noticed quite a bit more going on than meets the eye.They have an upstairs garage that I had forgotten all about . Lots of cars up there being worked on. The thing that hit me most is that they were having me do a repair on their paint booth so their jobs would come out very well. They didnt have to do this repair but they want to do it right.
