A great store! Had everything we needed, plus a surprising amount of unique items for a store named Rural King. Friendly staff, reasonable pricing, we will definitely be back!

Unless youre a farmer, dont waste your time going there. And if youre a farmer, call first to make sure they have it in stock. Personal experience is if its in their sale ad, its out of stock before going on sale. They should call it the out of stock flyer. I use to go there for all my leather needs (chaps, vest, jacket, gloves, side bags, ect). Not any more.

Can find everything you need as well as the people who can help you very knowledgeable staff and if they dont know they will find the answer. Its always a pleasure going into a store where you feel like youll be treated right and youll find what youre looking for

Purchased a gun safe and was told to pull in back for pick up. Was told to pull up by a employee then told to back up rudely as my order wasnt ready. 2 min later he walks out and says i cant find the keys! what a total waist of time and effort with this store. might i add poorly managed a manager never even stepped out and sent the employees in the place.

Used to be a good place I dont know who is in charge of ordering but they never have the size blue jeans I need or boot size I wear,basically there out of everything. so I go online and buy it cheaper. I would rather go to the store and get it but I gotta have certain things quickly.

You get a little lost, I dont frequent the store well enough to know where Im going. Things or isles are not labeled very well or at all. Asked one employee about an item for sale in their paper, she said I believe we are sold out. When in fact they were located in the very first row of the store. They dont discount their plants very well. 25% off for nearly dead plants? Its just a mess in there as far as I am concerned. Just not organized very well or placement of items is not done well. Restocking seems to be a joke. Idk. Yes ill go back but I have a pit in my stomach when I think of going there. But good prices on things.

Well I usually love the store. But this time it was a little disappointing a lot of empty shelves. And I feel is that the price of ammo.theyre just gagging you that seems outrageous

The store is awesome they have everything!!! The only reason I give it 3 stars is the lady at the gun counter was extremely rude and to busy talking about the weekend with a friend to answer any questions from a couple customers including myself.

I love that all of the employees are always super nice.

I went there today and I was very pleased with the help I received. They was very helpful and curiously too.

I like this store, they have a variety of items and the staff is always so eager to help.

Something for everyone here. They even had kittens to adopt out and free popcorn.

Great place to find all your needs

I called the clowns to make sure they had a battery in stock. They argued with me and said they they dont have time to look I said Im driving 35 minutes to get these ... Can you please check... She said fine she will check... After 5 minutes of waiting she came back on the phone almost surprised I was still waiting and said yes they do have them. I drive all the way there and they dont have a single one. Three people looked everywhere for them. Thanks lady. Several guys were awesome about trying to find them. In fact a guy by the name of john I think, really went out of his way to help and called me a few days later. I still want the batteries, but what if I was to have a problem and needed to exchange them and there are none to exchange with?

This is the best store, prices are cheaper than other stores, great variety, clean.

I have never been to a more disorganized store. Had what I wanted but it was in the back and wouldnt get it as it was to hard to get to. And the smell of burnt popcorn went to check out and only 2 registers was open and 20 people waiting

So I dont write reviews, this is my first. Ive got to tell you all that I had went to this store Rural King on Thanksgiving day and the place was crowded. I went to get several items and had trouble finding them. Asking several times for help I always was treated as they knew me. And even though they didnt it made me feel welcomed. As I shopped and gathered my items I asked if I could pick up the several items that were large maybe at there back loading dock. Yes was the answer so I paid and went back to pick up my items. Didnt know at the time but the manager Paul was helping me load my stuff. Everything I bought would not fit into my truck. So with that Paul started helping re-arranging my truck to get more in and says. If it works for you what ever wont fit in your truck will be here with your name on it. Worked for me so the next day I went back, Paul was there in the store and recognized me and greeted me by name. Of course I couldnt remember his name so he reminded me and stated if your shopping great if your just here to pick up your things I or one of my associates will assist you. Paul with this type of relationship with your customers I see why your the manager. thank you so much for all your time helping me and making me feel like a friend.

It was a really big store, and it had everything you could want or need in here. The staff was friendly and helpful. Very polite employees and staff. Would recommend Rural King to friends

A trip Rural King is fun! Picked up a new bluebird feeder and excited to get it put out!

I went to the Logansport Rural King to get some new boots for my daughter. We had went to the Kokomo one the day before and their selection on boots was very few and not what we wanted. Logansport RK had lots of boots and they had Ariat boots, which we love! Kokomo RK didnt have any Ariat boots for women. Anyway, I got her a pair of Ariat boots and even some dog and cat food for our fur babies. They have a HUGE selection of pet food! I will shop this RK on a regular basis from now on! Plus the staff was friendly, so thats a huge plus with me! 😁

Recently bought chicks here and they were not the ones they said after seeing them grow a little. Hopefully we dont have a rooster! Then we just realized the two female rabbits we bought 6 months ago are actually a male and a female. We just found the babies today. The people we talked to when buying the animals seemed very informed and honestly over shared information. I just wish they actually knew what they were talking about.

I just love going in and looking at their seasonal items. I usually buy wild bird food and pet supplies here. Sometimes they dont have enough registers open, but they could be short staffed due to COVID.

Big farm store. Like to walk around these.Animal and pet care products, bedding, grooming, feed, bowls, etc.Fertilizer, herbicide, pesticide, birdhouses and seed.Carhartt and other work clothing, gloves, hats, t-shirts, jeans, coveralls.Unique gifts, including birthday and other cards.

Darn, you guys always always know when I am in your store which is often but, you were out of traps today and I really needed one to catch me a man lol. I will be back and try again. Love your store.

Good pricing, well stocked, finding help that wanted to help was a challenge. Every cart they have is broken. I buy 20 bags of feed at a time and their big carts either dont roll or dont turn. Please address this.

Rural king is the best store I’ve been to for the rural lifestyle.

Lots of great merchandise, friendly, helpful staff and always find great deals/products.

One doesnt have to be a retired farmer to appreciate this place; in fact, it fits just about anyone. But...being a retired farmer, it simply has appeal on a very personal level!

Great prices on pet products but seemed lots of items arent priced i didnt see tags near a lot of items.

Went to buy ammunition, the gun counter clerk refused to sell to me since my valid license was from out of state. He told me he didnt know florida laws, but I have to abide by the laws of the state im in. I told him there are no laws, florida or indiana that states you cannot sell ammunition to a person with an out of state id. Thanks to management I was sold what I asked for after the employee argued with the manager, and then made sly comments upon me paying and leaving. I did not get his name, because I dont want someone to lose their job over ignorance, but do not make up laws because im not wearing a mask.

I live in Winamac, a 50+ mile round trip. Today was the third time in the past two months I have come down here only to find no stock on the item I came for. This is after calling on the phone and being assured there was plenty in stock. I was looking for the small bales of Timothy hay and I needed 25 bales. They are easy to handle being small. Chris was very apologetic and even went in the back to see if it had come in but not yet put on the floor.. VERY DISSATISFIED!!!

I came into this store and bought a gun... I wanted one form the back and David D. was very rude all because I wanted a gun from the back that wasnt scratched and beat up and handled by a lot of people.When he grabbed the display gun he threw it down in the display case to grab the tag so he can call someone and give them the number to another person to get one from the back ... sorry but Im not paying that much money on something thats been beat up like that

I come here often, other then the pet store, its the only place my pup is allowed to come on adventures with us. Hes always so excited to go get a pig ear. Plus their clearance sales on clothes are the best! Lol

Its a great place for clothing, automotive, paint, electrical, pipes, nuts & bolts, air and electric tools, chain saws, fishing and hunting, chicks and duckings sometimes rabbits, farm and feed. Toys and picnicking goods. Kitchen good for sun brew tea and canning goods.
