Took my Ford F-150 to be repaired after an accident, they completed my truck 1 day early which was great because I needed it to go out of town that weekend. Looked over front bumper and quarter panel and quality of word was great, hopped in the front seat and noticed something different.I realized they had vacuumed out and cleaned up the inside of the vehicle and believe me, there was a lot of dirt in the cab. Was great touch to a quality job, hope I dont need them again but if I do I will definitely use them again if needed.Highly Recommended!

Took months also car came out with over 300 miles than what it went in with. Front fender came out damaged also could have been the tow company can’t trust these people absolute waste of time.

Ford Escape, 2010, Took my car after a fender bender. Rick quoted me ~$2500 to repair. I paid for parts up front reluctantly as they demanded, $1300.00. They removed the left fender and bumper, called me and said it would now cost 4900.00 since they found more damage. I told him immediately to forget it. I went to pick up the car with my trailer and was told they would not refund any of the parts cost ($1300.00). I was confused about this and asked Josh why. He said they would have to pay restocking cost plus I owe for storage and towing. What!!! I agreed to pay some for that but not all! Josh refused to return any of my money. So here I am, the car torn apart and I paid 1300.00 for nothing. I loaded the car and took it home. After unloading the car, I notice another dent on the back that happened in their small containment yard. By this time they stopped answeing my calls. I am now in the process of taking them to court. Between the lies Rick told me and the way Josh turned on me I was very upset. Sky Collision is CRIMINAL! I recommend you stay clear and avoid getting burned.

Their professional work and family environment

Honestly I enjoyed there professionalism and communication up until Penny got sick and had to stay home. Plus my insurance adjuster quit at some point, and the communication all around suffered. The back and forth between the insurance company, myself, and the shop was subpar and I wish I just had an attorney deal with it from the beginning. After that everything fell apart, and my car ended up being in the body shop for 2 months. I didnt even get a call from the shop to let me know the car was ready. Outside of the supervisor/manager, everyone kept a positive attitude and was pleasant when I did call, but I would never want to go through the who ordeal again.

I had a great experience. Hit a deer in my wife’s car and they did a good job. A week later I got rear ended by someone. Both experiences with Sky were simple. I’d go back. Frequently people.

Highly recommend this place! They gave me a great quote, and handled everything quickly through my insurance company. They also kept me in the loop and up to date with text updates and phone calls. The best part was I’m pretty sure they gave my car back in better shape than when I bought it brand new. My car was a mess when I dropped it off, and not only did they do my repairs, but they did an amazing detail job. I didn’t expect to get my car back so clean. Good work done here

I dropped my car off almost a month ago at sky collision in loganville for rear door repairs from a rear ended on my truck. I went to pick it up yesterday & my radio column was popped out as if my previous radio was removed & replaced. BECAUSE IT WAS. I’ve had this truck over two years & I know what it came with. I now have no working radio & no one at the shop taking accountability for this illegal crime. Highly unprofessional & unhappy

Wouldn’t trust my vehicle to anyone else. Unfortunately, my vehicle was side swiped in a parking lot & required the Front Door to be replaced. These guys did everything possible to get my vehicle back within the same week. My Durango looks just like the day I bought it! They are professionals & have some of the quickest turn around time I have ever seen. Would recommended them to anyone in the Atlanta Area!

We were quoted 2,881.91 by Jorge Lozano when it was time to pay the bill it was 3,213.21 and I called on Wednesday 4/24/19 left a message for Jorge to call me about when the car would be ready because he was out to lunch,turns out Jorge call my girlfriend who dropped off the vehicle for me and signed for it being in the owner of the Jeep so when she goes to pick it up she pays then comes home and ask me why the bill went up so much and I called today Thursday 4/25/19 and Jorge says the labor took longer than He expected and I asked why didn’t he call me back from the day before and he said because my girlfriend signed for well seems to me he knew what he was doing all along so with this all being said he over promised and under delivered and I won’t ever do business with this company again.

Took my 2012 Honda Civic coupe. Had door damaged and fender damage. Got my car back in 2 weeks looked brand new. They also fixed my rust too. I recommend them there super nice and Josh is very helpful. Also you get a lifetime warranty on your vehicle.

Very good work long time before you get your vehicle

I got into an accident where I needed work done on the hood and needed the seatbelts replaced. We were assured that all was good with the insurance, so we went forward. Turns out, they were NEVER given confirmation from insurance, and we got stuck with a crazy hefty bill. Shame on us for not double checking and trusting them.

Unfortunately I have been in a few accidents over the years ..none of which were any fault of my own. Nonetheless I have had to go through the motions to have my vehicle restored to how it was before each time so I know the drill with insurance and body shop companies. I chose Sky in Loganville via Geico insurance company and when I arrived at my appointment .. the adjuster was on-site and my rental car was already arranged by Sky... Todd, who runs the front office was accommodating from the start ... It was a pleasant experience during the drop off all the way down to completion. My vehicle looked like the day I bought it and I will recommend to anyone I know to make sure they trust their vehicles in Skys hands. They went above and beyond what they should have because it is what they do!

Everything was excellent, very pleased.

So far it looks good. Unfortunately a little slow, but it could of been some horrible damage that I underestimated. But after a month and half, and $6000.00 of damage they forgot a weather strip on hood. Taking it back Monday or Tuesday, so I might post back. Very polite and professional. I do highly recommend.

I recently picked up my car and I had to ask them to put in washer fluid. That was one thing that upset me. Another issue was the reason I was given for my car take a day/2 longer was because they had to DETAIL it. Detail must mean run it through the local $4 car wash because thats how my car looked once I got it back. Lastly, I called to let them know that there is still visible damage to the vehicle. I have yet to hear back from someone.

I just had some work done on my Corvette and just wanted to share what a great job Sky Collision did it looks great. Unfortunately I did not take my Vette to them originally but Josh fixed what the other body shop refused to fix. I have had people recommend Sky Collision from my work to the barber shop I go to and now I want to recommend them to anyone that needs body work done to their vehicle.

This place does not honor their own lifetime warranty.they painted my car and the paint started to lift off.Josh was all nice at first until he needed to correct the bad work,then he had all kinds of excuses to not do the work. ..they are terrible and unprofessional. ..regret taking my car there. Disappointed. ..sad
