I have been taking my car to this place to get my oil changed since Ive moved to Between in 2018 but no more. And its because of the way I am being treated. They have always rotated my tires with the oil change but now I have to ask them to. The gentleman stated that I got the standard oil change which didnt come with tire rotate. But if I had ask for the works then the tires would have been rotate. Guess what the difference is? You Guess it nothing be the wording. Same price and same oil change. They are going to loose a customer because they are trying to save time. I wonder how many others think they are getting their tires rotate with the oil change? Oh well Ill find some place that I dont have to play the word game to get the combo that I pay for.

Thank God for Quick Lane in Loganville, Ga.Its my one stop shop for minor car repairs. Big thanks to Justin Snipes for being so efficient and such a gentleman. Thanks to all the mechanics in the shop who work tirelessly to keep our vehicles running.

I always trust Justin as my service advisor! He keeps me very well informed on the process of my repairs and keeps me up to date with all of my regular maintenance needs. He was so kind to stay late for me a few days ago after I got a flat tire to make sure he could find me a tire to have installed the next morning! Always willing to go above and beyond for his customers and is very knowledgeable with his work.

Everyone has their own personal opinion for everything but with my experience at Loganville Ford I absolutely love it. They take care of my car anytime I come they give me an approximate time that Ill need to wait and come to you before you even get to them to ask what you would like done on your car. Very professional.

Very friendly staff. Store associate (Justin) was professional and addressed every concern I had about my vehicle. Gave me options for fixing serious issues with vehicle and was quick to tell me what did not need to be fixed. Super clean waiting room with WiFi and coffee. Have been here for regular vehicle service for the past few years and have never had a long wait or any issues. You can watch your vehicle being worked on and every mechanic in the bay acts professionally and efficiently to get the job done. Will continue to use them for vehicle needs.

TERRIBLEEE!! If you have a flat tire stranded on the side of the road and you need a new tire I don’t care if you have to drive the rim off do not come here! I see why they have very few customers and it’s is not as busy as other tire services. I needed ONE NEW TIRE most tire places only like $40 to $60 to put one tire on $80 is the most highest amount if it’s a new tire come on now you guys know this place charged me $116 for ONE TIRE and labor then they tell me I need a whole set because my tires are “worn” out and the prices were $400 to $1000 smfh. I got one tire and went to fast lane for a whole new set because that was all they had and I literally paid $180 for FOUR NEW TIRES! I definitely do NOT Recommend this place they are just money hungry and got this business to OVERPRICE people definitely go to FAST LANE best tire shop in town this place is worthless.

Been going here for a while now for my F-150 maintenance. These guys are great and I trust the work they do.

Mix feelings about this place. I came here 4 or 5 times. I hesitate between a 3 and 4 stars, so Im going 4 (feeling little generous tonight).While the job seems to be well done, I definitely see monthly quota playing here too. Which is normal for most of similar places. But to their credit they definitely dont pressure their customers the way many others do.Also, the parts prices are on the higher side.

I had an Incompetent service tech that worked on my vehicle, air cleaner box was left open the tech said the brake pads were ok 5mm which I knew was incorrect due to my personal inspection my caliper read 1mm and the new pads were in the truck seat I will not be using them again

I take my vehicles to Loganville Ford Quick Lane and oh, am I impressed. They do great work, FAST. The staff is courteous, they have wifi for me to work on my laptop while waiting and they have not tried to up sell me on things that simply dont need to be done/repaired. I highly recommend them. I have had oil changes, brakes and rotors done at this location.

I had a different place tell me to change my tires... When I came to this quick lane to get the work done, they could have just done the work and gotten payed... Instead they told me the truth, that I had several thousand miles left on them.I now bring all my vehicles here for service. And they treat me with respect every time.

Absolutely disgusting customer service not only did the man use swear words in front of my nine year old daughter while attempting to pressure my wife into thingswe didnt need ...when we got our truck back there were cigarette butts in the backseat we dont smoke ...Ill never take my truck here again very offended by these shade tree mechanics
