Ronnie Reed is an amazing store manager! Mr. Reed also has some amazing staff! Mr. Mustache is pretty cool! I recommend making appointments before you desperately need to be serviced- this place stays busy and they have many return customers! But, if they can fit you in - they will! This location cares about its customers and the vehicles they bring in. I am glad I was able to snag the deal they had some months back for lifetime alignment - I got to meet the crew & now I know I’ll keep coming back for so many other services! The people here really do make all the difference!

After a streak of replacing 3 tires in 3 months (from picking up wheel weights and nails) I have had an excellent experience EVERY time. Ronnie, the manager, always has the nicest, most positive, and genuinely want-to-help attitude. Quick service and a smile; can’t beat that!!

Good experience. Friendly staff. Waited no more than an hour to get two tires put on (had an appt). Manager checked on me to make sure I was okay. Was given an extra discount when a quote wasnt fulfilled. I watched as other customers came in, each staff was welcoming and eager to help. I recommend this place.

My 18 year old was taken advantage of there. He had an appointment and came in and waited an hour and he asked how much longer and they told him they were running over 4 hours behind and can he come in another day. He said yes and scheduled an appointment but then was notified they scheduled him for a different day at a different time. He went ahead and showed up at the time of the appointment they made for him. He came in right at 8:00 a.m. like the appointment notification said and sat and waited for an hour and a half. He then went to ask how much longer it was going to be and they said he was next. He waited for over 3 hours before he got his car back and they did not do the service he requested. He requested a standard oil change and they gave him synthetic trying to charge him over $65. They also said there was some sort of plug they needed to repair and that was an additional $13 or something. He told them that he requested standard because thats what he had done in the past and if they lookin their system they could see that he has only had standard oil changes. The guy said that he did not see him in the system even though he has been there several times before. My son had him check again and then all of the sudden he was able to find his name and said oh yes, you get the standard oil change. My son asked to only be charged the standard & the guy gave him a hard time and then said he would charge him $45. My son has never paid more than $30 there and he was charged $45. He asked why it was now $45 and the guy whispered under his breath and my son had to ask him several times what he was saying. He said he mentioned something about a plug that needed replaced but was able to fully explain exactly what it is they did.

I went to tire plus because I started an experiment in fixing my daughter car. I came to tire plus for a little assistance since I came to a road block in repairs and a oil change the manager Ronnie was awesome. He assisted me, answered my questions and was very polite,professional and very knowledgeable. I had bad experiences in the past from a different tire plus and Ronnie changed my views and perception, it goes to show there are still good men around and not all tire plus is bad! Thanks Ronnie you were wonderful!!

Ronnie, store manager, did a great job trying to assist the problem with the payment issues but through no fault of the establishment there was issues on my side. Otherwise the service was good. You will be acknowledged upon arrival but may have a long wait time. I recommend calling ahead of time.

Do not send your elderly parents here. Had our mechanic installed new tires which ihe balance. Sent my mom in to get her car aligned only for tireplus to tell her the tires needed balancing anf rotating. They charged her for balancing and rotaing in addition sold her life time alignment on a 30 year old car. In addition they charge it all to my tireplus card because she did not have the funds to coer the total cost. No one called me to verify and approve the payment.

I called for quote on 4 new tires at 1:00 and the price was right. I spoke with Cole. They didnt have them in stock but at a warehouse. I asked if they could have them in that day. Cole asked me if I could be there at 4:00. I said yes. I get there at 4:00, they pulled my truck right in and installed the new tires as they were there waiting on me. I also had an alignment done and I was out of there at 6:00. This was all done in the spur of the moment. Needless to say, the tires I purchased were Michelins. They dont normally sell them and dont stock them, but Im hooked on these tires as they have been the best tire I have found. Got 57000 miles on them when they are rated for 50000. Cole sold me the tires and lifetime alignment on my truck for $200 to $400 cheaper than I could anywhere else around. Highly recommend them ! Cole could have easily said they dont carry them or deal them, but he went out of his way to get me going again.

Tire plus in Loganville is not the same tire plus I know. Taken your vehicle there, is no guarantee what ask to get done is going happened.Making an appointment is a waste of time. Because you have to wait 1hr to 2hrs before seen.

2 hours and 56 minutes for an oil change, tire rotation, and rear brakes. You better plan your whole day around a service that should take an hour and half tops. This is a well maintained 2018 ram. Not a clapped out junker or something massive. It’s a run of the mill pickup. They are definitely working by the hour here.

Took car up there for a estimate to have driver side wheel bearing and hub changed. Mind you the right one is brand new. they proceeded to say the estimate fix that both had to be done at the same time was right under 1100 dollars. Meanwhile I took it to a competitor right down the street and was estimated 400 for the correct one to be replaced. I will not support businesses taking advantage of females with wish wash bs to inflate sales. This is why there is such a low rating for this company. They just want to rob people blind. Dear company where someone brings in their vehicle and says i want this looked at what makes you think you can go adventuring trying to find minor flaws or issues to upcharge your sales? We dont want any of that looked at we specifically as a customer come right in and be direct of what needs looked at. Not my entire vehicle.

I ordered tires from tirerack directly to this store, and scheduled an appointment at 11 A.M. to get them put on. I waited and waited and when I noticed they were closing soon, I called. The man who answered the phone put me on hold for about 7 minutes, and told me the tires I ordered wouldnt fit on the front of my car, and if I did put them on my car it would cause me a load of problems. I found this odd considering the rims are all the same size, and so were the tires I ordered. I took it to a different shop and they put them on no problem. Major waste of time :(.

I had a very disappointing experience today at the Loganville, GA Tires Plus, the location I’ve been using for 5 years with usually no complaints.I scheduled an appointment for today, 4/5/21 (several days in advance) at 4 PM for a simple tire rotation, a job that should take 15-20 minutes, if that. I arrived at 3:55 PM and at 5:50 PM my truck was still sitting in the parking lot and had not moved. I had to get my keys and leave because I had somewhere to be at 6:30, after waiting for 2 hours without my truck ever entering the shop.The staff was great, Anthony was especially kind, respectful, and helpful, and I will be back, however I still left very disappointed about the way the shop is ran.Tires Plus, please don’t take appointments if you’re not going to honor them, it’s a terrible business model. I hope this location in particular will take steps to solve this issue, as I know based on other reviews I’m not the only one who has experienced this problem.

Had to go back 3 times to finally get 6 tires put on that was suppose to be done in 1 day. My mirror on my truck got brocken while in their possession and wouldnt replace it. Been going to tires plus for over 15 years but this location is horrible!

Made an appointment on line for 8:00 am, I was there at 8... my appointment was confirmed on line. I get there and the guy tells me they do not have 1 tire in my size. ( Chevy Silverado 2005) says he could get it around lunch time..... the call never comes.... I call at 4 and the guy that answers the phone says oh we can’t get that 1 tire until NEXT Wednesday. Horrible customer service. If some one would have told me the truth and called me I wouldn’t be so irritated. There is a tire store on every corner. Good riddance Tires Plus👋

Make sure to get a second opinion!!!! I usually make sure to read the reviews before I go to a location and after reading a few bad reviews I can confirm that yes this location is everything the bad reviews are saying .I went to this location 2 days ago because my carwas making a weird noise when I was driving therefore I needed them to help me find out what was causing that noise .They were very accommodating in taking me in I have no complaints about the wait time, however I’m very disappointed because they stated that I needed to replace all 4 of my rotors and breaks .After receiving a quote of $1047 to do this job I decided to not do it at this location because those prices where way too high . I know this is a body shop but they should have a fair market value for their prices . The parts alone cost me $220 at advance auto parts and yes it was new parts with lifetime warranties as well . ALSO come to find out I only needed one of the rotors replaced not all 4!The fact that they would lie to you about what you need to make money is unethical. I did read other customer reviews about this happening to them as well so I see this is not a one time occurrence . If you do so happen to come to this location get a second opinion from another mechanic .

I make an appointment for a tire patch for 3:00pm the next day. When I made the appointment I was told it was going to be a 30 minute job. When I arrived the next day at 2:50 they said it was going to be a two hour wait because there was several people in front of me. I explained to him that I made arrangements for this appointment time today and I had groceries in the car because I was told it was going to be a 30 minute job. The only thing he offered me was to put air in my tire so that way I could get home and I could bring my car up later on. I live almost 30 minutes away and rearrange my day so I could get this done at 3o’clock it’s not just as simple as coming back. And then even try to tell me to go to a different tires plus so I didn’t have to come back to this one. What wonderful customer service.

Customer service reps are professional and adhere to wearing masks . Mechanics do not wear masks when entering your vehicle to be serviced, leaving their germs to float in your car . Very irresponsible . Will not return .I will find a place that allows me to stay in my car during oil change since we are in the middle of a pandemic !

I experience an issue with my tire on the passenger side of my vechile while visiting Gwinnett County. Tires plus Logasville location was 15 min away from where I was at the time.When I arrived to this location it was about 20 mins before the store closed. They were kind enough to accommodate me. Gerald and Cole was very friendly, courteous and professional. I was impressed by the service I received from Gerald, Cole and Stewart who serviced my vechile.Because of the great customer service I received, if I am ever in the Logansville area again, I will use this location.

I scheduled my oil change appointment as I plan my day. I checked in 12:42 PM for my 1 PM appointment. I was checked out at 2:53 PM and Gerard called it a few minutes delay. Also, the previous time I was charged for synthetic oil and never asked about the type I wanted, so this time I stressed on the phone and inside the shop that I needed the standard and that was questioned. Pricing, scheduling, and lack of customer service in this location are the the main issues I have.

I highly recommend Ali... another shop in Grayson tried to take me for A Long ride telling me I needed rotors. Keep it honest with the upselling please... that was shady. I know better than that fellas. I appreciate the great work Ali! They’ve always taken good care of my ex and me here!

Worst experience ever. Took my vehicle in for a oil change and alignment two weeks ago. Ive always mark my oil filter with white out before an oil change. I paid and left the Tires Plus in Loganville, Ga. I stopped a block away to check the marked oil filter. The marked oil filter had not been changed. I took my vehicle to Lexus dealership the next day. Lexus dealership has a electronic alignment check when you drive in. That showed the car had not been aligned. Thats bad business. Do not take your car there . This place will RIP you off.

I liked the people and the work was done as promised and on time. No complaints on the work side or people/attitude. They even let me finance (6 month no interest card) because I could not afford to fix all of the trucks problems. All of that is 5 star worthy.I’m a little frustrated because I asked to keep my 4 old tires that were only 15,000 miles old ($700 set of 4). I would have liked to keep them for a spare or whatever Maybe a play thing in the kids playground. And I asked to keep them twice. Once when I picked up the truck and once before I dropped the truck off .I should have gone back and asked again but I didn’t remember until I got to the house to look in the bed. Shame on me I guess.

Dropped my car off at noon on a Tuesday for an oil change. They could not get it done and closed early without calling me. Kept my car over 24 hrs to do an oil change. Then the exact same guy that quoted me $24.99 for an oil change rang me up for $45 and tried to argue about it. Needless to say I won’t be back.

Came in with a flat tire an hour before they closed, they got me in and looked what was causing the leak with them being slammed, manager is awesome and super friendly, definitely will be back

I went in this location in need of 4 new tires, the gentleman at the desk was super nice and he gave me some great deals. All staff were super nice and respectful. But I have to give Cody a super shout out for his great customer service. And I know good customer service when I see it!

Went to get a oil change very pricey for the service. Was supposed to top all fluids and they did not at all. Had to go buy it myself and top it off which was antifreeze, windshield washer fluid etc. Also they said I needed a battery didn’t get one they said it was leaking acid. And said I needed several other things. Picked up the car with just a oil change took it to another auto shop they said battery was good just needed the top cleaned and they cleaned it right up I do not recommend this place at all they will try to rip you off beware ya’ll

Super slow, really rude, and they will try to feed you some made up stuff thinking you don’t know anything about cars. Cole was the person who helped me. I made an appointment and they said it would be an hour and a half before they get the car on the lift. I believe they just didn’t want to do it since it was under warranty. Don’t go here, find somewhere else.

How many service stations do you trust? This place is reliable and can service most makes and models. They are honest and do good work. The dealership gave me a huge estimate and told me I needed new brakes. Tires Plus told me my brakes are fine and this isnt the first time they have saved me money. Im a loyal customer!

My wife went to this location for an oil change, and during the routine inspection, the tech noted that she needed, among other things, one headlamp bulb and two new bulbs to illuminate her license plate. I could NOT believe what they quoted for labor: $40.80 to change the headlamp, and another $40.80 for the plate bulbs. My wife told me that even the young man at the counter printing the invoice seemed surprised by that figure.Now, I know that people go to the auto shop to have things done that they either cannot do themselves or simply do not have time to do themselves.But this is unethical. I wouldnt believe it were I not holding the invoice.After purchasing the bulbs myself, I did both tasks in less than 10 minutes. I later replaced the cabin air filter (another $20 in proposed labor) in less than five minutes.A business has the right to set fair, market-based prices for the services it provides. But to go well beyond this standard is to lose the trust of the community it purportedly seeks to serve.We will be getting our oil changes performed elsewhere from now on.

Made appointment the day before. Was quoted price for 4 tires and oil change. Was told they opened at 8am, so made appointment for 8am. Was told it would take an hour (quote “we’ll have you out of here in an hour). He showed me all info on screen. Went in for appointment and arrived 15 minutes early to find out they open at 7:30. Different employees working. Prices were different and turnaround time was longer. Seriously, how can you operate a business where your employees do not know the hours, prices and turnaround? I left. Disappointed and unhappy. Will never recommend or step foot in this place.

My husband and I bought four tires at the beginning of November at this location, and we had a decent experience. We thought we had found a nice local place to go to for regular maintenance on our cars, but we were VERY wrong. We stopped in this location again today to have a fog light bulb replaced since it had burnt out. It took them 6 minutes to change the bulb, and the cost of the bulb was 12.99. We expected them to charge us a fee for installing it because that would be customary. The man behind the counter rang us up, and the total was $68.00. He charged us $54 in labor for installing a lightbulb!!! After much debate, they lowered the installation to $35 while the clerk huffed and puffed and rolled his eyes. He actually acted like he was doing us a favor! After all was said and done, they ended up charging us a reasonable fee only after my husband asked for his name and the corporate number. My husband made it clear that we would not be coming back for any services again. We can not see paying $9 per minute for a simple bulb replacement.

While other places wont touch the vehicle for COVID, they had no problem reading the engine codes. We just needed to know what was going on with the vehicle. This place didnt even charge to read it and the young man was very polite and professional.

Excellent service and advice. They offer a lifetime alignment, which is an excellent buy. I can not count the times I have said, align, rotate, and balance. I never pay for this. It extends the life of my tires.Tires plus will match repair and tire prices. They have excellent systems, and I can obtain my service and repair history on demand. I usually leave my car there, and they call me when it is done. If I have to wait, they have a good waiting room with Wifi. I heartily endorse this business.

Terrible service I was told on the phone “ yeah bring the car we can do the alignment” I specifically asked over the phone if they could align a 67 dodge. I tow the car an hour to be told oh well we can’t do that. So at that point I got irritated and then they proceed to tell me oh yeah we can do it now. Mind you its a customer of mines car and I explained to the guy working there all I need is the alignment not a list of things wrong because I’ve been gradually working on getting this car back road worthy and to please call me and inform me of there findings, if any. He then tells my customers when they get there of the things wrong to try to steal my business to upsale for this company. Very bad business

I bought tires from here and bought the warranty. I had a problem with one of the tires and they kept telling me there was nothing wrong with it even though it kept going flat. They wouldnt fix the issue or replace the tire and kept putting me off till the warranty ran out. Now Im out the money I spent. Me nor my family will ever come here again and we have used them for years. They have have lost a lot of customers from my family.

Total rip off at this place!! I price shopped some work that needed to be done yesterday and tires plus was $750 more. I would under $100 to $200 more but $750 more?? Last time I took my car there it was $1000 plus and I still have the same problem. Stay away from these smiley face crooks.

I had previously stopped going here becauseit seemed like every time new issues would suddenly appear. It had been a couple of years though and I needed convenience, so I took my Audi there for a tire, and went ahead with the upsell for an oil change and alignment. After all, how can they mess that up? They assured me they could do it.Long story short, for the oil change, they actually drained my transmission fluid (instead of oil) and added five new quarts of oil on top of the old. Then, they LIED and said that the now violent shaking of the car, was how it was acting when I brought it to them. They were dishonest enough to even add this lie to the paperwork. My transmission literally shut down.Thankfully, the dealer was able to get it fixed and charge the costs to them to pay for it. Regarding the alignment, soon (about 2 months) after having that done, I suddenly badly needed brakes because the existing started vibrating hard when braking. Smh.Needless to say, I will not be returning. My other car developed issues after taking it there too. Proceed with caution.

Went to get a simple oil change. Every employee was sitting around, not a single car being worked on. They said they werent servicing anymore cars today because they close in 20 minutes. My husband said it takes less than 20 minutes and they replied yeah, but were done for the day.

Stopped in about a month ago....told them 4 to 5 times I needed new brakes. Said brakes were fine but replaced rear brakes anyway. Trusted their expertise. Paid almost 1000. Now a month later replacing brakes that should have already been done. I am missing a lock n lug that was not replaced. So great people very friendly and quickly done, but very poor quality and over charged for nothing. Will NOT recommend and wont be back!

So how I had gotten my tire from them and they put that on for me and the TPMS sensor went off just a few hours later after getting home and I recalibrated it and it was still going also I brought my car back down to them and they checked it over and then proceeded to tell me that because I did not get the two other tires that is sensor would not stop going off. now if Im correct the TPMS sensor only measures tire pressure not the tread of the tire so they were in the wrong and did not want to deal with it so I am taking my car elsewhere I recommend you do not go there and they recommended onion and oil change and I did not. Please do not go to them they are not correct.

Never going back there. Had an appointment with them to get the transmission fluid changed asked if I could wait or should I get a ride. They said they would have it done in an hour. So I get there at 2:30 and i wait at 4:00 I was told it would be another hour and a half before they could start working on it, I could make another appointment if I wanted to. So I left.

My first time coming here, very professional and helped me quickly had me back on the road in no time at all when i had a flat tire with a screw in it,i was having a rough start to my day for transporting horses to florida... thankyou thanyousoso much ties plus

DISAPPOINTED CUSTOMER........Ive been to this location twice to get an oil change and both times I was in and out in a timely manner. I was so pleased with the service to where I let them change my front brakes. A week later my brakes were grinding. I took my vehicle back to them so they can look at it. They told me my brakes were fine and they didnt hear any noise. 2 weeks later my brakes were STILL squeaking I took my car back and it was told to me again my brakes were fine. The following week I took it back and was told oh your back brakes needs to be replace and the rotors I told the guy I was just in here and no one said anything about my back brakes now all of a sudden the back brakes and rotors needs to be replaced. He told me it was a different technician looking at my car then the last time. I would think all the technicians would be on the same page when it comes to looking at customer cars....They told me again there was nothing wrong with my front brakes again and ceramic brakes will squeak every now and then. I took my car and of course the front brakes STILL making noise. I took my car somewhere else to get the back brakes done and did not hear any noise at all from the other place changing my brakes. Fast forward I brought my car back to TIRE PLUS LOGANVILLE yesterday and spoke to one of the guys at the front desk explained to him what happened and told him my brakes were not making any noise before they changed them and I shouldnt have to accept ceramic brakes will squeak every now and then. They ended up changing out the front brakes pads. When I picked up my car it was told to me they heard the squeaking and changed out the front brake pads and they also heard a little of squeaking from my back brakes.....GO FIGURE....I WILL NO LONGER SUPPORT THIS ESTABLISHMENT....U TRUST PEOPLE TO DO THE RIGHT THING AND THEY TRY TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF YOU BECAUSE YOURE A FEMALE...if you go there just for an oil change thats fine but dont let them do anything else to your car....I interacted with serveral off the workers at the front desk and 2 out of 4 of them seemed like they cared but there was no reason I shouldve had to bring my car back to them about the same issue before they fixed the problem. The brake service was not cheap and they shouldve fixed the problem the very first time. I WILL NOT PATRONIZE THIS LOCATION AGAIN.

I went in to get my tires changed and to see if anything else needed to be fixed/updated for my car. I am a girl and it is clear that I dont know much about cars. Other people have tried to get me to pay for things I didnt need for my car, but the salespeople (Sunil Singh) here were honest with me. They worked with me to figure out what I needed and what I could afford. They told when in the future I would need work done.They were friendly and not pushy at all. They even called while changing my tires to let me know how my car was doing and give me a general inspection of it. I am really happy with it. I will definitely be going back.

This Tires Plus location used to be the best. They had great management, I...as a woman felt safe knowing that I could go there and not be bullied. They would even tell me I dont need something. They were honest. The last several times Ive been told things needed done that didnt. Yesterday I took my VW Jetta in for an oil change and they claimed the oil cap thing was stuck, they couldnt remove it. Its possibly stripped and Id need a $300 whole new oil pan. I took my car to Eurofed and they got it off just fine. TP was just trying to make more money.

They left my fuel filter loose. I had to go back to get them to correct. 2 days later I found the sensor to the filter unplugged.

Great shop guys worked me a hella good deal and aligned my car twice to ensure it was right

Did fine work for years but after going to another Tires Plus location I am learning they OVER CHARGED me significantly. I will never take my car to this location again.

Ive taken my son car there several times in the last month and each time I get a new problem. Seems to me to be milking the credit card applied for thru them. Wont be returning!!!

I was going to have them put a tire I had that was good on a wheel for my car they sed they dont put used tire on wheels. That would have to buy a new one. I would not take my car there for anything at all.

Horrible customers service. There’s absolutely no reason to make an appointment. I made an appointment for 11am my car sat for two hours before any one looked at it. I was getting my breaks and oil changed. Supposedly they only have one technician that can look at breaks. I guess with in that two hour they couldn’t do the oil change. Wouldn’t recommend any to go here.

Scam artists! I recently went to get routine maintenance. Later the rep states I need $700 worth of brake work. Really? Later he comes to me a second time to claim that its a necessity and needs be resolved asap. Luckily I never trust body shops and have a personal mechanic. He did great work and only charged $150. Wow!! Always get a second opinion! Thanks for your trying to take advantage plus!!

Made appointment in advance. After 40 min noticed that my car was sitting in parking lot untouched. Asked for superviser to explain the situation. He wasnt helpful at all. Finally they pulled my car in service and finished everything so fast so im worry if they really did a good job or not.

These are the biggest crooks in town!!! I bought two tires from them and asked them to check my front brakes. They lied and told me my brakes were fine, but I ended up needing some a week later! Then they told me my control arms needed to be fixed and it would cost $1500. Two days later pieces of foam fell from underneath my car while I was driving in a parking lot. I called corporate and complained but they had me take it back to the con artists who tried to say it was my fault that the pieces of foam fell out because I must have hit something. NO HELP AT ALL!!! My tire light was still on too by the way. Then this morning I got a flat tire and when I went to put my spare on I had a worn out tire with gashes and wires coming out of it!!! They stole my brand new spare which was a full sized tire, not a doughnut. So, I called corporate again who again called the store. But of course the money hungry manager denied that they stole my spare and said they would take a look at it. I said, no thank you, I need two new tires. They escalated my complaint to an area manager because I was so frustrated with them stealing my money. The Loganville location takes advantage of people especially women DO NOT HAVE YOUR CAR SERVICED HERE OR IT WILL COST YOU MORE IN THE END!!! I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS LOCATION AGAIN! I had to buy 2 brand new tires in hopes I will get reimbursed. 😡😡😡😡😡

Not worth the money. I feel robbed and will not be going back.Edit 8/14/20: in these times I needed an oil change desperately and they were the only place open. They got oil on my fan belt and it cost $250 to get it running again. Im starting to think they do this on purpose, as we have had issues with the car after taking it more than once. If this is simple incompetence, its still not worth the risk.
