It would be nice if the hours on Google were correct but they are not! What kind of business makes any money closing at 5pm? Normal adults have to work! I pulled in your parking lot at 5pm on the dot and the doors were already locked and lights off so Im sure you closed even earlier than that! You missed out on 4 different customers tonight. I watched 3 OTHER cars pull in and realize you were closed 2 HOURS early (according to Google). Yes, your doors say 5pm but HOW ARE WE SUPPOSED TO KNOW THAT?!? Very disappointed kids who have nothing to wear to Spirit Day tomorrow at school. Good job losing money so you can be lazy and go home early.

I brought in some of our favorite shirts (company polos) last week with 5 days to spare in needing them embroidered. I dealt with Emily the entire process. I received all of our shirts within 3 business days and they are FANTASTIC! So easy to work with and the best customer service Ive had in a long time. Great job Trenz! THANK YOU...we will be back!

Ordered online through Amazon. The T-shirt quality is great. The screen printing is not so great. Its crooked on one and some of the lettering on the right side of the phrase on both T-shirts is faded.

I ordered Spirit wear for a rec softball team. I had prompt communication From the pricing and art department through the entire process. I am most impressed with those two departments customer service skills. There was a minor issue with the pricing dept., after expressing my frustrations with the situation they made it up to me even though they didnt have to. Im very pleased and grateful with their actions to fix the issue. I understand companies make mistakes, especially high production companies. After their above and beyond customer service satisfaction I will certainly be a returning customer. Thank you, Trenz for my first experience turning out to be a great experience.

Please avoid this place at all costs. They were supposed to send perfume via retail ground shipping and not first class. It looks like it may have caught fire or got damaged due to sending it like this and the post office, as enclosed in the photos, put a note, apologizing for the damage. The product was missing from the package and it was open. Ive contacted the company many times, asking for my money back. They said they would on Mar 19 and they have yet to do so. I reminded them again on Monday and got no response. Ive had to escalate the situation to Paypal in order to get my money back. I dont think anyone who works hard for their money should have to go through this hell to get their money back and as a seller myself, this is completely unacceptable

Great service for a semi-custom order! Saw a video gaming themed t-shirt on their website which was perfect for my 13-year olds birthday party last month. I e-mailed an inquiry about different sizes and styles and was able to place an order with Cody for 14 shirts in different sizes and genders for each kid in his or her favorite color! I love that the girls didnt have to get boys style tees. Shipped free quickly to CO and even honored a 20% off discount code. Great doing business with Trenz!

I ordered a maroon v-neck Baby its Cold Outside t-shirt. I got a red scoop neck t-shirt instead. So I decided to email them. They responded right away and asked me to send a pic of the t-shirt and the bill, which I did. Again they responded immediately telling me sorry and that they would send me the right one, which they did. They did not charge me for it either. So their customer service was awesome! I was super happy with them!I will say that you need to go up one size of what you normally are. Im a medium and I needed a large that fits perfectly.

Takes forever to ship. Almost 7 days after they received payment and they still didn’t create a shipping label. Was promised they will ship on Monday, it is Wednesday and still has not shipped. I canceled the order and got a refund. The deliver by date was May 19th. They said they honor their delivery dates, but Rebecca said that the date was generated by USPS and not them. So, instead of admitting they screwed up, they blamed USPS for not delivering a package that they never sent out. Don’t waste your time with them.

Ordered a black powder-coated Yeti tumbler. It was definitely not powder-coated and most definitely not a Yeti. No brand markings on it whatsoever. The glossy paint was flaking off of the rim and collecting in the bottom of the cup. Paid $70. I wish I could add photos to this review. DON’T BUY FROM THEM!

I had a great experience this week andLast with the custom work done at the embroidery and screenprint shop behind the retail location. From Cody quickly and easily going over the many product designs and styles to allowing me to handle the actual product blanks to fulfill My order.Jessi in the embroidery shop was exceptional as well. She walked me through the actual picking of the thread color and placement on my hats, then two days later they were being worn out the door.After causally inquiring by walking in the door to walking out with product took either 7 or 8 working days to have custom products for myself and employees. Reasonable prices, plenty of options. Looking forward to my next order!

Love love love this place. Buy shirts here regularly for University football games. Every time I go in they have a new selection of shirts. Everything is laid out beautifully so that you can see all of the new designs. They have all kinds of things that go along with college football games. They have gear for all of the SEC teams. They also can be accessed on Amazon.

You need to update your hours online and lock your doors when not open. Did not appreciate the greeting we got when told they were closed.

I found an item on another website (hemp lip balm), but was clear that the item was being sold through Trenz Shirt Company. It was listed at a purchase price of $7.99. Once the item arrived from Trenz Shirt Co. Inc, there was a price tag on the back of the item reading that the item sells for $2.99. I went to the Trenz website to see that the item sells for $5.99?!!! Upon calling Trenz, I was told the $2.99 price is for the retail location, $5.99 is for their retail site, blah blah blah. After trying to explain to the woman on the phone that the selling price should not differ from retail store to online and $2.99-$7.99 was a great difference. I was finally told that they already sold the item and there was NOTHING they could or would do for me. The original website took care of the issue and said they would take it up with Trenz. Buyer beware.

We dropped off a diaper bag to get monogrammed with over a week to get done. Side note we only had 6 letters needing added. They knew we needed it done by Friday due to the baby shower being that Saturday. They advised us once they finished we would receive a phone call. Since receiving no phone call we went by on the Saturday of baby shower to pick up the bag. The building was open for business when we arrived but they said the room where the bag was locked. We had to go to the baby shower we were hosting empty handed. On top of all that the name that was monogrammed on the bag was crooked and not straight so overall this place did a horrible job all the way around.

Im their biggest fan!! Excellent online customer service! I needed t-shirts on the fly for a company event, they had them out for shipping the same day! I did pay for expedited service but I didnt expect the same day! I even emailed them asking for assistance and they responded quickly. I just got the shirts (in just 2 days!!!) and they are exactly as described. Will definitely do business with them again!!!

A little pricey but good place with lots of Dawgs stuff

Recently purchased a shirt from here. Wore it once and washed it. The shirt fell apart. There were multiple holes in it. The pocket seam came undone as did the seams on the shirt sleeve. It was a mess. Went into the store to see if I could simply exchange the shirt for the same one or something and was told there was nothing they could do. They didnt even act like they cared. The customer service is horrible. Made it easy for me to decide to never shop here again.

After shipping the wrong hat, I had to do all the work to get it back to them before they would ship the correct one out. My wife was upset to not have the hat by Game day. I had no materials to pack it back up, no way to print a label, and no time to take it to the post office. They didnt care at all and the customer service was awful and extremely rude. Made it sound as though it was my mistake! BUYERS BEWARE!

The owners of this store are the most rude people I have ever encountered in retail. They have unreasonable return policies and are not willing to help the customer at all. Even the employees cannot figure out their policies. The owner does not care enough about the customer to return your phone calls. If you care about the person you are purchasing a gift for, then don’t purchase anything from this store. They do not care about their customers, they just want your money.

Doesnt respond to emails and doesnt answer phones. I ordered something 10 days ago and it hasnt even shipped. They clearly are lacking in the customer service department. I am convinced now that Ive read their responses to other reviews. Ive opened a dispute with Paypal. Theyre extremely rude to their customers. Nobody charges restocking fees for returning clothing. Thats not a thing. Ive worked retail for years as a manager. I urge you to not order from them. It will take forever and they wont respond to your email, and apparently if they do, its with a sour attitude. Id give 0 stars if I could.

Sent me wrong item and no response to my emails. Cap advertised showed American flag on front, but cap received has USA on front. Nothing wrong with USA, but I really wanted the flag. No response after two emails over three days.

Terrible customer service / support. They will charge you for returns. I ordered an item that ended up not fitting. They did not have a replacement in the size needed so I had nothing to exchange it for. I was told I could keep it or return for a restocking fee. I am not sure what good keeping something that cost me over $100 that doesnt fit will do me. I had to pay a restocking fee for return. I would suggest staying away from companies like this that use this type of business practice. I wont purchase from them again!

I made a purchase through Amazon for an advertised set of two university of Georgia pint glasses as part of a birthday gift for two twin brothers that went to UGA. Only one pint glass was received. When contacted Trenz Shirt Company said the ad was in error and they were losing money on the glass ($16.99). I told them they should honor the ad... $16.99 should break the bank. Trent Shirt Company chose not to honor their ad. I was suprised that Georgia folk did not consider their word as their bond. Then I read they had come from Maine. Sounds like they still need to learn how things are done in Georgia.

I looked on the web for Georgia bulldog infant wear near me and trenz pops up and continued on to their website....i became a grandpa to a beautiful little girl and like most grandparents plan spoiling her.young girl would not honor website...i know the items I was looking to purchase only totaled about $80.00 but thats not bad for being a gramps for about 6 1/2 hours...i did offer again as I was leaving..young gal said she couldnt and no one was there to authorize and she was way to busy talking to her boyfriend and playing on her phone...
