We bought a beautiful all wood TV stand a month ago and love it! Tonight we went back and found a coffee table and chair side table. Both are beautiful all wood pieces. The staff are friendly and not pushy at all.

There’s a big difference between grand furniture and any furniture store you’ve been to before. Mike and his team set a new standard for customer service in all phases. I’ve lived in Loganville most of my life and hadn’t been in before. I wish I had. The first time I stopped by months ago I found a few things I liked. Both salesman that were there were very friendly and patient with me. I ended up buying most of what I needed that day. We found a refrigerator, sectional, a couple of bedroom sets, a dining room table, etc. They really have a great selection. I had to wait a few months while my house was being built and grand furniture worked with me on that and helped set up a convenient time for delivery. They were very friendly and patient with my kids running all around. Answered all my wife’s questions. I’ve been in several times since and even added more items to my order. Every single staff member I’ve talked to has been so friendly and helpful at both stores. Do yourself a favor and stop by both locations and find what you need. They won’t mind answering your questions and you will be happy you did. Thank you Mike and your entire staff for your excellent customer service. You have gained a customer for life.

This is absolutely hands down the best place to buy furniture. The customer service is outstanding, they to answer all your questions, yet give you the space to shop on your own. I just bought a sectional there and I must say from beginning to end it was an amazing experience. The day I decided to buy ( which was on a Wednesday) I told them I needed it delivered by Saturday( funny right, who does that in the furniture business, it usually weeks or longer) Guest what I had it by Thursday. Now that is customer service. They also called later to make sure everything was set up and to my satisfaction. Awesome service in store and especially the delivery. I was running a little behind the day of delivery (today) and Cam and Solo (Douglas) were patient with me. They set up the bedroom set and also cleaned up all the packaging. The couch felt fine at the store but it’s not so comfortable for guest to sleep on or a day of “ Netflix and Chill”. Issues I had were addressed in the sweetest way.I’m completely in love with my king bed set and dresser, such beautiful quality and extremely sturdy. Definitely recommend going in and speaking to the owner.Also I saw on other reviews complaints on them leaving to attend other customers and I honestly think it’s just to welcome in guest and make sure they are pointed in the right direction, when I was looking at frames he left to help another customer but was back with me when the issue was resolved also it gave me a few minutes to decide if I really wanted the furniture.
