Nice facility and equipment but no communication from management. Worked there for 3 months and was never even told what time I should come in to work, when my health insurance would start, what jobs I should be working on, etc. They have a small CMM and 2D Linear Height Gage, but no one knows how to use the equipment. So, final part inspection is done at the machine using a tape measure or the probe on the machine if any parts are over 18 inches long. Employees are great but 80% of them are family members of the owner and are constantly looking over your shoulder, not to mention the 80 video cameras watching your every move. For non family member employees, you are walking on pins and needles, constantly worried about your job security. It truly is a high end sweat shop where quantity is the only measure of performance. After 3 months, I was called into the office and told the owner didnt think it was going to work out, but they would not even give me a reason why. The owner refused to meet with me to discuss the reason for my termination, knowing that I just moved my family from up North because of my employment at Euro Machine. In my 3 months there, I did not turn in a single bad part, I did not damage any equipment, nor was I ever told anything about not working up to managements expectations. I did however rework and remake parts machined by other employees that went to the customer and were rejected. To summarize, equipment and pay is great but unless your family, your position is constantly at risk and you could be let go at anytime, with no warning or explanation whatsoever. I would not recommend this place for anyone that wants a stable position and a good work/home life mix.
