I called yesterday evening around 4:30 needing to have my front passenger window replaced…. & by 10:30 this morning my window was completely installed! The tech told me it would take 1 hour & he couldn’t have been more accurate. Service was QUICK, CONVENIENT, & $100 cheaper then safe light. This company & Sam are the only glass repair people I will ever call again. So glad I found them.

As anyone knows, having to have any work done on your car can be a huge inconvenience. The Windshield Pros Team made the experience much better by being very nice and professional. They offered to come to our house; however, it was easier for my husband to take his car to their shop and the process went very smoothly. He said that everyone in the office was very friendly, kind, and professional - they clearly knew their jobs well. It was nice to support a local business, and even better knowing what a great team they have. We would definitely recommend them! Thanks for being a great group and being so kind! Hopefully we wont have to visit you again - LOL - but in the unfortunate event that we need any glass replaced, we know who to call!

I feel like dealing with car repairs is often one of the most tedious and irritating experiences a driver can go through. From finding a shop that works with your insurance to arranging the services to ensuring the job was done right, the whole process is usually miserable. That was the exact opposite of my experience with Windshield Pros. A rock hit my windshield on a long road trip, and by the time I was home and able to have it looked at, the crack was long enough that I needed a total windshield replacement. My insurance agent referred me to Windshield Pros, and Im SO grateful for it. Darlene explained the entire process from start to finish, clarifying the insurance end and how to pay (which was very confusing from my conversation with my insurance company), arranging for the technician to come to my place of work to do the repair, and keeping in constant communication when any changes popped up. The technician was SO friendly and professional, reviewing the work he was going to perform and advising me about how to keep the windshield safe in the first 24 hours after the replacement. He was done within the span of an hour, and since he came to my workplace, I didnt have any interruption to my day other than opening up the car and then going back out when he was finished. I cannot overstate how smooth and convenient my experience with this windshield replacement was, and its all thanks to Windshield Pros. The rear window on my pickup truck broke on Saturday. It was professionally fixed on the following Wednesday in my own garage. Nice work. The phone staff were very friendly, understanding and competent. They made it super easy!!!

Had my windshield replaced a few months ago by samir and he did a great job! If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Fast, kind and very detailed work. Im so happy my insurance company reccomened them! I even got the opportunity to refer them to my neighbor who also needed a new windshield and she was just as pleased. Customer service, price and convenience is waayyyyyy above any other company you would find. If you call this place I 100% reccomened sam!

I had a chip in my windshield that I needed repaired and after calling to get a price quote I was happy to find out Windshield Pros was significantly less than some of the big-name you hear commercials for. They were able to get me scheduled for the very next day and even offered me a discount if I could come when they opened...win-win since I needed to get to work afterwards. Once I arrived I was greeted by their friendly staff and my car was immediately attended to. The repair took less than half an hour, came out great and I was on my way. Would definitely recommend this company!
