I bought tile, vinyl, & carpet at Century. The prices are good & Century offers a wider variety of products & brands not available everywhere. The installers did good work. If Century was staying open I would buy there again. I will miss Century Tile!

Dennis was very helpful in our tile search, pulling up several prices and quantities as needed. Wish there was enough available in our “love” tile, but we appreciate his brainstorming help. Prices were excellent compared to other places we looked at.

Sales person was very nonchalant as if I was wasting his time. I asked a.quetion about picking grout color and he made me feel as it was a stupid question. Wont go there ever again!

Went for the going out if business sale worth the 45 minute drive.

They had what I needed, I called ahead to purchase some specialty grout and it was ready and waiting when I arrived. They were also very helpful when I had to return product that was not used by my contractor. Century Tile was very friendly and helpful!

Designer, Sari Seliga, was so wonderful to work with. We remodeled our master bathroom and she did such a great job helping me to select the right tile for the shower walls, shower floor, accent tiles for the niches and bathroom floor. She was extremely patient and really took the time to work with me. I would highly recommend Sari and Century Tile.

Looking to do some upgrades in my kitchen for a modest expense. The salesman directed us to vinyl tile that can be grouted. Results were beautiful. Very helpful sales people. Went back again for tile for my bathroom.

We are in the process of remodeling our master bath so we decided to buy tile at Century Tile in Lombard. I spoke to the sales person Jack about tiling my bathroom in marble basket weave honed tile. Not once did Jack or the woman who was also there inform us that marble, especially honed tile is not a good choice for a shower and bathroom area. How can a tile store sales person not inform a customer that they should not use that tile in a bathroom??? Are they just interested in making a flipping sale?? Next problem is they over sold us on tile even though we gave them the correct measurements. Even better is that during the whole process of special ordering this tile they did not inform us that Special Orders cannot be returned. Yes its no the sales sheet receipt but I did not see the receipt until after I paid and left store. You would think that they would tell you this before you flipping pay. I spent thousands of dollars on tile that I will probably have to replace because marble tile gets discolored by water exposure!!! Horrible Customer Service!!2 months have passed still waiting for the manager who called me about the problem a month and a half ago for his response and solution. What the heck?

Its the father of big box tile stores. Been buying there 40 years for whole house or condo remodel. Carpet, vinyl, hardwood, tile, marble and on and on. Who can ask for anything more ?

We were told to go to Floor and Decor and a few other places and found nothing. Century tile had just what we were looking for and the salesmen are always very helpful.

Worked with Sari and Jack and they were phenomenal at customer service. I was in the shop 3 or 4 times in one week and I changed my mind 2 days before my contractor’s arrival and they did not make me feel bad but instead got me the tile I wanted with a smile. Highly recommend!! My new shower is beautiful thanks to them.

Worst customer service! I went to get tiles for my fireplace. I took a piece of the tile sample from the old fireplace. I go in and there is no one there. There was another customer there too. While we were waiting to be helped, Tom comes out and I hand him my sample. He looks at it and says in a very unprofessional matter that no he doesnt have that and he cant help. I was shocked with his unprofessional behavior! The other customer standing there and I were both dumbfounded! After he saw our reaction, he takes the sample and says it can be ordered. I will not recommend this place to anyone who is looking for service and respect! Tom should be fired.

Very dishonest company and probably why the Woodstock location closed. Extremely rude, do not do business with them.

The people here know what they are doing. If u want tile and great service, this is the place to go.. Sari was very sweet and helped me pick tiles within my budget. You can also buy samples to take home to see how they look. I looked at other places but the selection here was very good.

I went to Century Tile last week with only a vague idea of what I wanted for my bathroom remodel. Mac saw I was struggling and introduced me to Sari, their designer. Within a few minutes, she was pulling together multiple tile combinations that were beautiful. We finalized the design for my bathroom today and I’m so excited. Sari and Mac have been terrific to work with, I can’t thank them enough!

Sari is fantastic. This was not a sale. It was more like an appointment with an interior designer who happened to have the perfect flooring for my home. We purchase hardwood and tile. Both were styles she recommended. We could not be happier!

I recently bought a back splash from jack and mac. They were fantastic!! I would have never have been able to complete my project with out them. Really great job guys!!

We have been shopping a Century Tile for years. They always have great selection and reasonable prices, the current styles and colors and usually in stock. We loved our trip today, we found exactly what we were looking for and the entire order will be ready for pick up tomorrow morning. The sales staff was very helpful, Jack was great today. He explained some of the new items that were available and gave us space to look around without looking over our shoulder. He was paying attention though, we started looking at some custom tiles and he made sure we knew that it could be 2 weeks since we told him earlier that our project was starting next week. Overall very happy with our selection and cant wait to see it in our home!!!

Not bad but there are other places with better selection.

Just went into The Lombard store. We thought a man by the name of Dan was helping us. He took us to an aisle and mumbled something and walked away, went to a computer, then phone, so we thought he was trying to find the tile for us. NO, he wanted us to check that aisle and if it wasnt there, they didnt have it. Will never go back to Century again. Terrible customer service. Talk about not caring about business. An old man too, someone who knows better

Ordered carpet well in advance of my project and set up install. Get called that morning that carpet did not make the truck and it was going to be 4 days wait. My whole room project was dependent on getting carpet first. I can not recommend this vendor for carpet! Terrible customer service.

Petes class on installation is awesome! Hes super knowledgeable and friendly. A definitely must-go.

Good place to shop for all your flooring needs

Could not have nicer and more accomadating!

I recently had flooring installed by Lombard Century Tile. I have been less than happy with my whole experience. The salesman recommended that I use Karndean tiles. The samples of the Karndean tiles which were installed in the store looked very nice. I then had a person come to my home to ensure that these tiles would work fine on top of my kitchen floor. He told me that the tiles would work great on my floor. After the floor was installed, I was very unhappy. There were large gaps between the tiles and some of the tiles were popping up. It took a month for the installers to come and fix the problem. There are still some gaps between the tiles and the tiles are still popping up. The floor is a loose lay flooring. I think you should worn your customers that the floor does not always stay put. Needless to say, that we are not happy with the quality of our floor.
