Just purchased a pumpkin spice latte which the barista initially made for a small size latte when I had actually ordered a medium sized latte. Instead of remaking it with the correct measurements of ingredients, she just steamed together some extra milk and coffee and added it to the cup to make it a regular size. I’m not sure if that’s the reason why but I can barely taste any of the pumpkin spice flavoring and instead it tastes just like hot steamed milk. Kinda disappointed as this use to be my go to place for coffee all the time but the quality is not what it use to be.

I bought a coffee and asked if I could just get a cup of water and they refused to give it to me. I’ve worked in several restaurants and I’ve given customers water when asked the girl was so disrespectful as if it was that much work to give it out! Wow

Indifferent service, ordered a hot chocolate and it was not even filled halfway. With tip spent $5 for five ounces. Go to Starbucks for better service, product and quality.

They start with perfectly roasted beans so all the coffee and mixed drinks taste great. Service is always fast and friendly. The drinks made with flavored beans have a wonderful aroma and arent overly sweet on their own.

I had the worst experience ever I’m never going back, the blonde girl gave me the worst attitude idk why they dont fire her!!! Rude with the worst costumer service, i would never recommend this place!!!

The coffee drinks are good but the girl working there at store #254 at Yorktown Mall really needs to find a job that isnt with the public. She had an attitude, I would have walked out but my kids really wanted the drinks

The coffee is fantastic, the service is good, BUT, they do close earlier than the mall on Sundays. We wanted to grab a celebratory coffee for a family member and arrived at 530 pm to be told there was only iced coffe and a small amount of hot vanilla coffee left and we could not be served otherwise.... ok, last time we visit this location.

Deceptive pricing. I wanted a regular sized 16oz hot tea. The menu board stated the price as $4.25. A bit high in my opinion. Anyway when I received my total it was over $5. I questioned not only tax (.40 or.so) but also mentioned the listed price. The girl at the register told me that the listed prices were wrong. I cancelled the order and left.

The best Chia Latte Ive had in a while

$12.00 paid med so called mocha frap. for just ice, not worth spending money, the guy preparing the drink was reading how to do the coffee, had no flavor i couldnt go back to complain or exchange since they were about to close down.

Had an amazing dirty chai tea latte. I cant wait to go back again for another!!

I have not heard of some of their drinks and the Coffee barista explain them very well. As an added bonus it tastes way better than Starbucks!

They used to serve a really good cappuccino coffee, but not anymore... The staff continues to be friendly, but they do not provide extra cups anymore

I have bought coffee several times in this business.This October 23 I bought one at 4:40 in the afternoon but the girl who works in the afternoon is always in a bad mood with a bad attitude gave me coffee and I asked him what time I had prepared it he told me that at 3 In the afternoon, the coffee was almost 2 hours old, but after giving me my coffee she started to make new coffee. I asked her to please change my coffee for the new one and she got upset and in a bad attitude she told me that if I wanted free coffee, I told her that I dont want free coffee I just want fresh coffee she told me it was the same coffee but I I said no because the one who had given me was almost 2 hours old. And a fresh coffee is not the same as one that has two hours. In the end I changed the coffee but with a very bad attitude.Another customer saw what was happening that also bought coffee and told me that this girl is always in a very bad attitude.I have bought coffee several times there but she never says hello or good afternoon or thanks to customers, it is not fair that part of my salary goes to her and she of a bad service as a customer that I am.I think that if she doesnt like her job, the best thing she can do is find a new job where she feels more comfortable, the client is not to blame for her personal problems.When I was coming I asked her name to make a complaint with the restaurant but she totally ignores me. When I came out of business she looked at me with a very bad attitude with hateful eyes I think and angry.
