Website says they close at 8 pm but on Friday’s they go home at 7 pm

Don’t dare come in here 2 days after Christmas to exchange gifts that didn’t fit... especially without a receipt. They’ll be incredibly rude to you and treat you like you’re a criminal who stole the items you’re trying to exchange.I get that it’s a hippie store but would at least expect them to at least be a little nicer/understanding. And maybe have a little flexibility right after Christmas. Especially when trying to EXCHANGE for the same items in different sizes. And maybe don’t tell me that the stuff didn’t come from that store and then change their mind and tell you that it’s final sale. It’s really sad because this place looked like they had some cool stuff but I am so turned off that I will never return to this store.Edit to add: Somehow this review showed up on the wrong location. This was for the location at Woodfield Mall in Schaumburg, IL.
