Bought a pair of jeans out of town yesterday, and they do not fit.They had to create a tag when I bought them, but I had the receipt.Nonita the manager, would not let me return them stating “ we don’t have this item in our inventory, I don’t know why they sold these to you.I was stunned, by the whole way it went down. The cashier just all of sudden walked away, didn’t say anything, was gone about 5 mins.Returns with manager, with a particular disposition towards me. Her strong sounding voice of unwillingness and “dismissal” made me feel dirty, like I did something wrong.After sometime, she finally agreed to give me store credit, (I had to almost insist) but ONLY at that store, which is not close to me, and I felt was welcoming to my business, and will not return.After declining, just happened to pass another Marshall’s off Cermak and 17th, (Broadview Shopping Center)they were MORE THAN HAPPY, to exchange them NO QUESTIONS.This will now be my favorite store, as they have better clothing selection, and much nicer, friendly, caring staff.

Im a big guy so not to much for XXL OR 42 PANTS. But the house hold department was well stuffed with awesome items. Price is all ways right not to expensive.

A nicely organized store in the Yorktown center shopping mall.It is connected to the Home Goods store here and they share the checkout Lanes.They have a nice selection of luggage with good prices.Mostly clothing, and some of the Departments have limited quantities, so if you see something that you want, you better buy it as it will not be there later.Good prices, and the merchandise turns over very quickly at the store.

Better than expected. The store is shopped hard. Items can be found on the floor or out of place. Full of families shoppers. Children running around, screaming and out of control.

Tons of different things to fill and decorate your house with. I love that this location is a Home Goods & Marshals combined

This store was so clean and very nicely stocked. Came to pick up some bar stools that my closest location didn’t have but walked out with a cart full of amazing finds! The associates there were very helpful and kindly helped me load my things in my car. I will definitely take a drive out of my way to find a better selection of things. Good job!

Branded stuff at low prices. Do not buy cosmetics or make up from here. Clearance section is very small. Couldnt find fancy toddler girl dresses the last time I visited. Women and men clothing section is good.

Went to HomeGoods on a Sunday night around 6 pmHad to wait in line outside to get in, they were only allowing a certain amount of shoppers in at a time.They were cleaning all the carts. So you did get a cart wiped down when you got to shop.The store was crowded with people. Too many hard to look at some stuff because the amount of people in the store.They had a good selection of store items. Really cute Christmas decor.

They are starting to more fully stock their housewares. I bought several tall vases for my kitchen vaulted ceiling. Looks great. Need to stock more pots still. My son found a cool sweatshirt. Cosmetics starting to stock more too. I love looking around, never know what youll find.

I like to shop at Home Goods because I can usually snag some pretty good deals. They usually have a lot of unique and hard to find items. This location is big and has a lot of variety, not just items for the home. Youll find items typical to most TJ MAXX stores. However, this store is sometimes pretty disheveled and messy. If you search you may still be able to find some good deals. They do seem to be a little pricier also.

Lots of variety of clothing, employees are constantly keeping the place organized . Loved it .

Worst marshalls ever!!I bought a sweater from marshalls Geneva and returned it to this branch the day after with receipt and ticket the cashier said I can’t find this ticket in the system and we don’t carry this brand!!! I told her that I just got it yesterday from marshalls you can call them and ask the manager Rachel at Geneva branch checked it out for me.. she refused and said that they are busy and can’t return itI went back to Geneva branch and they returned it without saying what she said!!!! I also had an item to return without the receipt and she also refused to return it and she said I can’t find it in the system I also returned it to Geneva with out any problems!!!H guys should have way better customer service and more polite and friendly employees !!!!

Especially fun on the Day After Christmas. Items were reduced to 50% off Christmas only Items. I was able to get my absolutely favorite Christmas Ceramic Loaf Pan!!I received one last year Christmas and saw them there again this year. Ive had the good fortune of having perfect banana bread made in the Loaf Pan. Loaf Pan . I couldnt wait to get another. Thank you home goods.I also had some good fortune of picking out the dish and on goodies for my last holiday swaree/ Get together.

This store is located in the mall so its a little tricky to get to if youre going just for this store. I went on a Sunday and had to wait in line about 10 min to get inside the store. It has a lot of selection and the checkout line moved pretty fast.

Overall the store was fine but the customer service of one employee in particular was horrible (their name tag read “Leona” I want to say?) Obviously Up-Selling and promoting rewards cards is important, but this employee was standing in front the registers asking each person individually. Customers were visibly uncomfortable and I felt particularly bad for one teenager who was told she needed a credit card (because the rewards card is a credit card).

Terrible experience never do a paid hold. They sold my purchase and put the blame on me. A product you find at Home Goods is a gem I’m so disappointed that they sold something I purchased and fell in the love with.

I must say I like the merchandise in Marshalls/Home Goods. The prices are fair but I never end up buying anything because the lines at the registers are rediculis and theyll have 2 cashiers. The Marshalls side of the store seems messy and unorganized.

I found some great workout clothes here. This is the only place I purchase them. Great selection. Be patient. The lines are always long and several cashiers huddle and are chatting.

Th only good thing this store has going for it is the workers. They are very nice. The lines to check out are always incredibly long and there always seems to be not enough people on registers, but there will be a little of people behind the counter doing random stuff. The makeup area is a mess. It is swatch central.

Definitely the Lombard store is one of the better stocked and quality stores I have been to and I have been to many many Homegoods and Marshalls. I was so excited to shop there and I havent been that into shopping at all lately..so that pretty much tells the story. Wish I lived closer!

If you want to come to a lifeless store that’s always looking like the staff want to die, the management are no help and every 5 minutes you hear a monotoned employee muttering something about “joining their team” or of some discount card that barely knocks off anything from the actual price... then you’ve found the place to be. If I could give this place a 0 star “i know I would”

Good clothing store to buy great deals, mostly clothes and shoes, but also you can find colognes, sunglasses, accessories, kitchen tools, candies, oils and much more. I advice you dont expect to find an specific size, it is just wherever they have. Good brands for great prices.

I love marshalls. I can always find something Im looking for here. Kids clothes for my son. Clothes for myself and my husband. Kitchenware is awesome if you get lucky finding something you like. The towels here are good too! One thing that makes me prefer Marshalls over tjmaxx is their shoe department. They display their shoes and make it easy to find your size. HomeGoods is like the discounted bed bath and beyond. Is the best place to go when finding stuff for your house!

You know how there will be a Marshalls, TJ Maxx and HomeGoods all relatively close together, but you still have to drive or walk to get to each location? This location is ONE BIG STORE! Basically its Marshalls but the homewares department is just HomeGoods.Why arent there more locations like this?This location is almost always well stocked and fairly clean, despite being fairly busy.

The lines... more cashiers please.Selection is not what it used to be. Sections seem smaller with fewer variety. Most stuff is in disarray, so it’s a hunt.What happen to the return line?Skin care section seem bigger which is a plus.

Prices are decent, but store is very dirty. You cannot walk down an aisle without stepping on clothing and etc. Its no surprise that much of the clothes have stains on them. There is a good chance that any article of clothing you buy was stepped on due to being on the floor.

Its very big and very convenient shopping mall. It was my first time in this shopping mall but I love it !!! Youll gonna love it too !!!!

This location has Marshalls on one side and Home Goods on the other side. Great shopping concept. Very easy to shop for everything you need in one conveniet location. They also help you to the curb when you buy furniture or other large items. I love the dual-shopping experience. Efficient and helpful team of associates enhances the shopping experience.

First of all I would like to say this location have a good variety of certain products like handbags, cosmetics, and socks. Things I usually go for when shopping here. Most of their employees are kind and professional but there is one particular guy I get really annoyed with today. When I go shopping I usually wear very small cross body bags for convenience as I get to have both my hands free. Today I came in to return a couple items and continued shopping afterwards. As I put the money back into my wallet and then shove that wallet in the bag I had a bit of a problem because the phone made it difficult to fit the wallet in so I struggled a bit. The guy working here kept looking at me intently and draws attention to me by calling from across the other side of the aisle to ask whats going on and others started to stare at me as if I was stealing something. I was confused and told him I was just having a hard time zipping up my bag and he look unconvinced. He then kept showing up in my proximity like trying to catch me stealing or something. Seriously? First of all I would never take anything that I didnt pay for, but if I were to ever attempt to steal something I wouldve wore a large handbag and conveniently shove things into it instead of a tiny bag that cant even fit both my wallet and phone at the same time.
