Always very friendly. Get the orders correct everytime and are very prompt in the making as well. Very good location. 👍

This is a great Dairy Queen the owner is wonderful and all the staff does everything they can do to make you feel at home. Ive had a bunch of cakes made here and they always go out of their way to make them exactly the way I wanted them. Great jobs guys!

I come to this Dairy Queen a lot, but more and more I go to the other Lombard Dairy Queen. Several times I have found the owner to be impatient, testy and not a people person. Today he was the worst yet. Other workers are great!!! I prefer to go where ALL the staff is pleasant and enjoy their jobs.Only open 3 hours a day now. Terribly run establishment!

The staff here is friendly and always makes my order promptly and correctly. Will always stop by whenever I have a sweet tooth.

They serve all the old school blizzards that most dont make anymore. Very small clean establishment. Nice staff.

Generally this place is pretty good. They could use some improvements in their service. Ive also found a hair in my blizzard before.

Was is the area with my kids and saw the DQ sign from the street. We turned around and made a quick stop. So glad we did! Blizzards tasted great. The service was excellent!!! The man was kind and fast. Went above and beyond when he knew I had my kids waiting for me. Helped me carry out my ice cream. If Im ever back in this area, we are definitely stopping back.

Facilties were a bit rundown but the service was good and the ice cream was what you would expect.

Dw on roosevelt is the best. Takes their time to make blizzards . Pack them down . However the most purchased flavor is salted caramel blizzard. They are discontinuing it.

Clean store, tasty ice cream, good service. Location... not so great. There isn’t anywhere to sit down outside and the view leaves much to be desired.

Ordered ice cream cupcKes for a party for my bball team and they were a huge hit. Ordered them again for the team this year and the owner personally came in and opened early so we could have them for our game. Awesome customer service and a delicious treat. Thanks so much

Awesome little Dariy Queen. Unlike a lot of other locations they choose to continue to make discontinued flavors at other DQs. For example you can get Cotton Candy all year round.

Kid had to finish texting someone back before taking my order. I got a sundae and the ice cream tasted old or something idk but it was nasty. I ended up throwing most of it away.

This place doesnt have a lot of varieties and there is a lot of scope for improvement including the varieties they serve to have customers seated at their location... Also be careful of the parking, we had to park in the next complex and walk because of the lack of parking slots
