I am in the stamping industry, I program, set-up and run CNC mills, making due components, and machining die sets.I use DBC on almost a daily basis for work (and occasionally for personal tools).I have found them to be very responsive, very helpful, and have great delivery times (granted I am local, so the deliver to my shop).Both Rich and Brian are very knowledgeable, and help me to find exactly what I need. Janet answers the phone most of the times I call, and if not her Rich does.I have never had an issue with calling them or emailing them, very responsive.Their prices beat out most of the other suppliers local to me.For me, I can not find anyone to beat them.

Always an ordeal to call them on the phone, not worth the effort. Selection is there, but so is it from other industrial suppliers. It would be worth the expense for them to hire someone personable to answer the phones at least.
