The new manager Antonio is amazing! He got me the best deal he could. He was very honest and upfront about issues with my car, which I can appreciate. Ive always taken my vehicle to this location because the team there does such a good job and dont try to pressure you into doing something you cant afford at the moment. Juan was fabulous!!! He was courteous, went above and beyond! He not only put air in my tires but saw one was low so he checked it for a nail or something and sure enough there was something in it. Repaired it!!! I also got my oil changed. I am so impressed with him I am telling everyone!!!! The Manager was very nice also!!So thankful!!!

I was delighted to wait to have my air in the tires checked for 20 minutes while no one to do it came out. Perhaps a more efficient staff addition is needed. Wont go back

Absolutely amazing company!!! Will never take my car anywhere else!!! The gentleman are so kind, efficient and helpful! I’ve told all my friends about American Tire Depot and will continue to refer everyone to go there! Not only did they change my oil at a great price, but they also helped me with putting on my new tags and removing all the old ones. They couldn’t be anymore courteous! I returned because about a month ago they helped me with a nail in my tire when no other shop had time to do so, and didn’t even charge me! I’m so grateful I stumbled across this place!

This facility will ruin your AC while they claim to change your oil (They actually never reset our mileage counter and wrote the wrong amount on the sticker. So do they even do that?) 1/5. They treated us like we were crazy when we told them what happened after we picked our car up from them. Do not go here. Go somewhere else :)

I can pop in at any time and they always make time for filling my tires with air, or giving me a great quote on tire service and parts! All at great prices - or free (air for tires). The employees are friendly, fair and always willing to help.

Mike was great and the work seems to be ok. The only problem was that when I called and talked with Lee to make the appointment she thought that it would take 45 minutes to have the tires installed.When I got to the store Mike told me it would take 90 minutes.It took 2 and a half hours!It’s a good thing that I didn’t have anything else planned that day.

I was told what was wrong with my car. I took it to my mechanic and he verified what they told me. They tried to align the wheels three times but were unsuccessful. I need new tires. I was given a quote and will work with ATD to get a better price. I will buy my tires from ATD and I hope that will solve my alignment problem. I am glad I went to ATD!

I went there to get 4 new tires for my infinity. In the process of them changing out my tires they brake a sensor for my tires and blamed the previous machanics that changed them which is impossible because they were the only ones that touched them. They found out that my rack and pinion was broken on both sides so i had them order it so they can fix it and do an alignment which they didnt. The next day i go back to them and tell them that it still making a sound and it still seems like its broken they drive it and tell me that i need springs. My front 2 tires went bold and my align was all messed up. Even though I have still have a warranty on them i would not take my infinity back to them. I had another machanic do the job they were suppose to cheaper then what they charged me and he did a Great Job

Im new to the area, just moved here on Thanksgiving week, and I picked up a nail already. I looked for a tire place I was more familiar with, Big Brand destroyed my suspension on my car so I avoid them now. I found American Tire Depot on Google Maps and headed down there. They were able to repair my tire, no charge, and pointed out that the tire was going to need to be replaced soon, but not now and didnt try to selle on a tire like most places Ive been to. They also suggested an alignment, which I agree with as one side of my tire is way more worn. They didnt charge me for the tire repair. I have much respect for their non pushy, friendly and informative approach. Definitely my new tire place in my town!

Hi needed a flat tire fixed and another tire mounted on a rim for our side x side. After checking the flat, I was told it had a crack and pin hole on sidewall. Being a trailer tire, they advised that it needed to be replaced. Luckily they had them in stock, replaced it and called when I could pick them up. Great service, timely because they were busy. And great price on tire. Very happy with their work, courtesy, etc. will be using them again and highly recommend.

I recently went here about a week ago for an alignment and to get some tires, when I came back my front bumper was completely broken, I never received a call about it or anything, after talking to one of the staff I was told it would get payed for bumper and I would receive a call from the district manager, I still have not received any information... (UPDATE) tire depot contacted me and make everything right, the manager and district Manger were very nice and helpful thank you.

Had my front truck tires wearing all un even and they said I needed an alinement and sure enough they were right. took about 30 minutes and soon as I got back on the road I could tell they did a great job. Easier steering could take hands off wheel and tracked great.Cant say enough how happy I am with the service. Great job and thanks american tire depot of lompoc :)

I needed to leave town at the last minute and needed tires. No one else could help me or even attempted to. After visiting their website at 3am I woke up to an email from them with a tire deal. I messaged back explaining my situation and suddenly had an appointment for 9am! When I arrived I was greeted promptly and my car actually went in right away! I had a great conversation with the service manager and before I knew it my car was done and I was on the road! Customer for life for sure. Oh yea, the total with an oil change and alignment was cheaper then what I’d expected and much cheaper then the other place I used to go. You guys are awesome!

I visited American depot at Lompoc for the the first time today and it was a very pleasant experience. Upon arrival, I spoke to the manager Carreno who was very friendly and polite. They did my oil changed, gave a complimentary brake inspection and tire rotation in 45 mins on a really busy morning for a really reasonable price. Thanks guys, I’ll be coming back to you.

I needed new tires ASAP and American Tire Depot was able to work well with me. They ordered my tires and had me scheduled for installation the next day. I received a phone call for updates on the ordering process, and any action they needed to take while servicing my car. Walked in for their free alignment check. Spoke with Juan who helped me with the papers. He is a great guy with a good attitude even it was too early in the morning. He hooked me up with a discount after showing me that my car need alignment. Best price in town with a great attitude. I hope they keep it that way.

I called to have my tires rotated. They got me in the next day. I got the times mixed up and was there 30 minutes early. I was prepared to sit and wait til my turn. But, no I was in and out in 20 minutes. Recommend them to everybody I know.

Great service. Took care of my car. Just had an oil change and a new set of tires put on. Thank you. Also let me know to keep an eye on my breaks. Said they are about 40% good but when it gets to 20% and I can start hearing a certain type of noise from them it might be time to change them. So Thank you for the heads up on that. Also the pricing for a new set of tires was great. Compared to another place where they said it would be over $500 for them. That was way to much. So the pricing here was way better. Paid way less.

This place has good prices for tires, but they cant keep appointment times to save them. I still go for tires if they have great deals, but honestly, I stopped going to them for regular maintenance. Its annoying when you have to wait 40 minutes after your appointment for your car to get worked on.

American Tire Depot aligned my older Durango in a professional manner. They put it up on the rack and showed me all of the places which could require attention in the future, and then gave my car an absolutely perfect alignment. The car drives like new! Thank you!

My truck was having problems with the rear brakes. The guys diagnosed the problems and showed me everything that needed fixed. They worked on it all day until it was finished. My wife is extremely happy that the brakes work so good, I feel they did a great job.

I was originally going to go somewhere else but after talking to Davis about their services and the fact that they “price match.” I chose to get my tires there. Took my car in to get the tires changed. I dis end up needing some other things so I paid for them. The guys were super friendly. David was super nice. One of the guys working on my car gave me a ride home so I didnt have to wait. Then my car was ready David came and got me at no charge. Service was pretty quick with all I had to get done. Rates were reasonable to say the least. David worked with my budget. My tire pressure came on while I was driving shortly after leaving. So I took it back in . I didnt have to wait to have them check my vehicle . Had the issue fixed in seconds. I came out from Vegas during a family visit. So glad I did. Super friendly and professional. These guys were so great! Im from out of town and I had a problem with my car overheating. They were able to do a pressure test right away for free. They found out it was the water pump, and instead of saying how to fix it there, they advised me to take it to my dealership as the part should still be under warranty. I would have never known. Not to mention that they offered pastries on my way out of my free visit! So grateful!

I think they did a great job. Friendly & professional.Why not 5 stars? Online system allowed me to pick the tires I wanted, those tires were not available in the store & I made the substitution. Sinc I was buying for a 15 year old car I was looking for cheap so it wasn’t that big a deal. I just don’t think it is a good idea to make you think they have a product when they don’t.

I dont recommend this place for a number of reasons. I received a coupon in the mail for a bargain oil change and free alignment inspection. The person working the desk said they saw all kinds of problems with my car, and for one of them the parts would have to come from a dealer. I know a little bit about cars, and I had never heard of this special part before or the problem he said it would fix...he said he would call me when he found it..thank goodness the call never came. He never wrote down any of the problems he mentioned. The alignment report was just plain bizarre, showing problems where there were none. I know this because I took it somewhere else to be looked at as the alignment was much worse when I drove out than it was when I drove in. The place is filthy. I had an appointment, but I waited almost two hours anyway. I happen to be female - women beware of this place!
