The staff was extremely knowledgeable and polite. They were able to troubleshoot my issues without having the bike on-site and only my poor description. I was able to install the replacement part just as they described and it solved the issue. I will definitely go back for all future repairs and recommend anyone needing assistance give them a try. You will not be disappointed.

Ive been on a pacific coast bike tour for a few weeks. Havent been able to find a shop that has the time to adjust my derailleurs, this place was able to do it. The owner was super friendly and gave me a bunch of cool tips. Would highly recommend

Loren, the owner, has an eye for detail and the work he has done on my bike is of high quality both in parts and labor. From the beginning I have only had one concern. I prefer an invoice estimate work prior in writing. This is very important to me. Though Loren does not operate that way that said he has proven to be a sort of bike whisperer. Loren does accommodate customer hand-written estimate of work and price if you value that aspect of customer service. The owner of this store is a lifelong cyclist and one of the most knowledgeable cycle shop owners I know. He does really amazing work. Fair rates. I trust him implicitly.

I recently took an unassembled bmx bike to the bike shop for assembly. The owner Loren was extremely helpful. Quoted me a great rate and even held onto the bike for a few extra days while I was on vacation. When I picked up the bike I paid the set rate no inflation or additional fees. Not only was the service extremely well done, but the owner is just an awesome and really kind guy to work with.

Lorens knowledge and skill are top notch, and his attention to detail really shows in his work. He has helped repair my mountain bike a number of times and each time the bike rides better and better.

Loren is super professional and listens to exactly what you want and need. I ordered a bike seat through him and he asked almost every question in the book of how you would want a seat to feel for you. I would recommend him to anyone from beginners to professionals.
