I like that I dont have to think about having soft water. The soft water tank is delivered effortlessly and always on time. the delivery agent is very careful to close my gate so my dog is always safe. And, they take the time to greet my dog if she is in the yard. Excellent service.
I have been very pleased with the service and product itself. We are using both the water filtration service and bottled water service and both teams have been prompt and courteous. I would highly recommend!
Awesome experience and great deal on whole house filtration system. The demonstrations to gauge water quality was spot on and unbiased. The tech that installed my system was on time, quick, and tidy post installation. Post setup, I have received continued correspondence checking to see if everything is functioning to our expectations. I do recommend Culligan Water to others considering improving their daily use and drinking water. It will protect your appliances (fridge, sinks, etc) and keep your pipes clean.
Its simple - they do all the work and I enjoy outstanding water quality. Its really that easy.
Got a reverse osmosis system and the website they give you to pay online has no payment options whatsoever. Then, after calling over and over, they gave me a completely different website. I enter in all my payment info and it doesnt accept my payment.Cant pay by phone or bring it in because I work.The only thing that should even matter on your website is making sure your customers can pay their bill.Your company is a complete joke.Update: couldnt pay even though I had plenty of money to do so. They took the system back. Your company is seriously ridiculous. Payment options should be HIGH PRIORITY. Its no wonder your ratings are terrible and you are probably making almost no money.

Shady company. During the original installation of our rented reverse osmosis system the installer said he was putting in the brushed nickel faucet because he did not have the standard faucet with him. He assured me that I would not be charged for it because I did not request it. So the bill arrives and I see a $45 dollar for the faucet that I did not request and didnt need. I called in and explain what I was told. After being put on hold, I was told to schedule another appointment to remove the nickel faucet and put the standard one in. I did not have time for this, so I decided to just pay the $45.Two years later, I am moving and call for them to remove the rented Reverse Osmosis equipment. The guy takes all the equipment with him including the faucet that I paid for. I explained to him that I paid for it and it was not part of the rented equipment . He then explained that I had to pay for it because they had to order it but it was still being rented equipment. So I had to purchase a faucet that I did not want and then after paying for it, I also had to pay rent on it.

Too expensive for the services. You are working on Culligans schedule when it comes to delivery unless you want to give a stranger the code to your garage door. If you miss being home all day long for your Culligan scheduled delivery day, you can have it rescheduled, but be prepared to be waiting around all day. Oh yeah, if you miss a your delivery day and you schedule another day and wait and no one shows up, you still have to pay for the service you never recieved.As far as customer service goes, they suck!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They will not do anything for you. Please use a different company if you can. You will thank me in the long run.
