Terrible customer service! Then when I go to order a two scope regular sundae I get kid scopes for what I asked. Like come on, the ice cream is pricey as it is. At least give me what Im paying for!

Horrible spot I rather drive out of town to get ice cream than to deal with their poor customer service. They told my 3 year old she could not eat her ice cream u til she got outside and as parents you know how frustrating it can be and how it takes away from their excitement that comes with the whole experience. Do not shop here save your money places is really pricey too $1 for 12 sprinkles and a $1 for 6 gummy bears. Ridiculous!

Large selection and always tasty!

I never realized that a trip to Baskin Robbins could be unpleasant. I waited in a very busy line for at least 10 minutes and right as I was next in line to be helped, a couple walked in who obviously knew the girl who was working, and I was blatantly skipped over! She went straight over to them and quietly asked them what they wanted. The couple looked directly at me, very much aware that I was next in line, and then proceeded to tell the girl what they wanted. As obvious as it was that I had been skipped over, the other 2 employees said nothing and did not even acknowledge me. I was shocked. I have never been treated so poorly at any establishment before in my life. I walked out and I will not be returning to this particular Baskin Robbins.

Really good ice cream, but its usually super busy and crowded in the evenings.

The ice cream is top notch, but the service is even better. My family has made it a weekly tradition for several years now. Stephanie in particular, is a tremendous employee. Stephanie is polite and efficient, but what really matters, is that she goes out of her way to make my kids smile. She remembers what my daughter likes, all the way down to the little spoon. I plan to keep this tradition going for years to come!

The best ice cream ever

Went there for my birthday. Got a single scoop vanilla ice cream with hot fudge, whipped cream and a cherry. Cost $5. Never go there again at that price for a tiny sundae.

They have delicious variety of ice creams. We tried blueberry cheesecake flavor and cotton candy ice cream. It was both good. There is a little trick to save money if you get 2scoop. You can either share it together or get another cup to eat separately instead of buying 1scoop for each person :) They should have more seating areas for more customers to enjoy ice cream.

Always a pleasure getting a nice cold treat here. There arent many seats or parking spots do it really is for getting things to go. In reality any more seats would make the place incredibly crowded. The employees are always nice and helpful!

Customer service was too notch, the girls were extremely professional and kind. My chocolate chip sundae was amazing. Will definitely be going back.

Amazing love it everytime

The people are wonderful besides the worker named Stephanie she is rude and is not very polite at all and she gave me a very hard time when I was ordering she stopped and took a call in the back and left me waiting for 20 min. But besides that one rude worker Baskin robins is a perfect place to go just make sure she doesnt help you

Milkshakes were down at this time. Also pretty expensive for ice cream. You get way more for your money at the grocery store.

Despite the fact that there was only one server, she was very efficient, friendly, and her Mochas were DELICIOUS!

Picked up one of the premade icecream cakes. It was a rolled chocolate cake with cookie and cream icecream. Delicious! Cake was so soft, I was expecting it to be hard.I can’t wait get another one.

A little busy but our server was so fast

Ordered two sundaes and the whipped cream went flat with in 3 min on the first one. Asked for more and rude little girl said she would have to charge me. $12.50 for two sundaes....should have just made it right.

Too expensive good ice cream though don´t know if it is worth it. I encourage whoever is looking at this to check Baskin-Robbins out.

Ice cream is good. What can i say about a good variety of ice cream we know ice cream is tasty, they have a few types of toppings, sundaes, shakes, cakes, and coffees. Going by most people love ice cream ans the place is kept relatively clean, i think there are two things to discuss really prices, and portions. They are expensive $7.00 for two sccops of ice cream is not cheap. I always go with my wife and 2 kids it runa around $35.00 every time. Now i like fudge, carmel, etc. On my ice cream it is $0.75 for extra toppings. They consider a topping 2.5 pumps and it never seems like enough on a sundae so i think they could definitely put more on for the price you are paying it would be cheaper to make them at home out og hagen dawes or ben and jerrys. That being said i still end up going at least twice a month. I really like ice cream.

Whats not to love about ice cream?! My absolute favorite is Nutty Coconut.

This is the only baskin-Robbins in Lompoc but its nice and quaint. The poeple here are very nice like most Lompoc people.

Went in to get ice cream on Aug.31 bought almost $16.00 in ice cream they where busy we paid full price for a banana split with extra banana a two scoop sundae & ice cream cookie sandwich while we where waiting they changed cashiers our ice cream melted to soup I called them to let them know worker said he would call his boss never did not sure what will happen very unsatisfied Boo Baskin Robbins Lompoc .
