What a great and memorable experience I had at Richter’s Jewelry store this past summer. We had two wedding bands that didn’t fit anymore. We are celebrating our 50th wedding anniversary and wanted to do something with our original rings.Paul designed a pendant that connected our two bands together and then he put my diamond from my engagement ring in it. I cried when we saw our rings in a beautiful pendant that I will wear every day.I also had diamond earrings that I hardly ever wore. Paul designed a ring with the two diamonds that also included diamond chips from my present wedding band. It is dazzling and I will wear it as my wedding band for hopefully many years to come.If you have wedding bands and/or jewelry that either doesn’t fit or you don’t wear anymore but they still are of sentimental value then take them out of the drawer and head on down to Richter’s Jewelry in Londonderry, NH. My wife had an accident and her wedding and engagement rings had to be cut off. The folks at Richters helped us with replacement rings that slid on her finger using a hinge. I had my engagement ring and my wedding band done at Richters - excellent workmanship and reasonable prices. Just want back again recently for more jewelry designs and Paul is great to work with. His eye for design is excellent but he still defers to the customer on what they want. I now live in Massachusetts but will drive a good distance for their service!

Richters is amazing! They were so warm and welcoming. They helped my fiancé choose the right engagement ring and even tracked down the employee with the smallest fingers to model it, so he could get a better idea of what it would look like on my finger. When I showed up to get it sized, they were so attentive and friendly, made sure we had coffee/champagne/water, sized it on the spot and had a special gift bag filled with congratulatory goodies! Cannot recommend them enough.

These people are the best. I have done business with them before and they have always been fair and prompt with repairs I needed done.Today I brought in a Christmas ornament that my son had purchased for my wife last year before she passed away.Some how the braided wire that loops together to hang it got broken.I went in and asked if there was any way it could be fixed.I explained how important it was to me and my family.the girl said to leave it and would call me back this afternoon.I was home about 15 minutes when I got the call saying it was fixed and ready to pick up.I drove down and picked up the ornament and asked the girl how much I owed her she said no charge.I was taken aback to see there are still nice people in this world that will help others at Christmas.I will always be indebted to them and Iwould recommend them to anybody.Thank you again Richters Jewlers you dont know how appreciative I am. I frequent Richters, and am always impressed by the staffs knowledge, amazing selection of unique and gorgeous jewelry, and friendliness of all of the staff! I have multiple pieces from Richters, which I receive many compliments and inquiries on! One is a beautiful bracelet designed and made by Kaleigh Dingman. I get all of my jewelry cleaned and checked here regularly, regardless of where they were purchased. They are honest and helpful regarding fixes and adjustments needed. I also love getting to pet and love Riesla and Ritzy when theyre in the store!!! Overall an amazing jeweler made even more amazing by being a fantastic local business! I recommend and send everyone I can to Richters!

Great layout and seemingly nice merchandise but the customer service needs an overhaul. From expectations to general dialogue. Its very poor and doesnt meet the standards the business seems to hold itself to.
