Great financing for appliances and furniture.

Do not shop at this place. The furniture is nice but the finance department is playing magic money games. I was told one balance and when I returned to pay off the balance it magically went up again. I was assured that my balance would be correct. They have no way of viewing previous payments, and they do not explain there policy accurately. If you decide to use this store make them clarify every bit of their policy and monitor your account closely. Ill never use them again.

I bought a couch with a pull out bed and the wheel already broke it has only been less than three months and it’s horrible to assemble some of the parts where on back wards so had to fix myself I don’t think it’s worth it for the price

Be very aware of the terms of this financial scam! The Sales Associates are incredibly misleading when pitching you for approval of these contracts!The Sales Associates did not inform me that I would be locked into the contract and monthly payments regardless of how quickly I payed the 90 Day Cash Price of the Item. They did not specify or inform me that I would be required to pay the $200 monthly fee in addition to that 90 Day Same as Cash pricePlease protect your income and your future, and avoid working with these people at all costs! There are always other options.At the very least, please be aware of what you or a loved one will be entering into through this Lending Corporation, and others like it.Beware!!!!!!!!

I have too experienced harassing phone calls from sales reps especially Rosalinda who is rude and unprofessional. She calls you from different numbers on your due date or on the day you tell her youre coming in. What really made me upset was when Rosalinda had the nerve to ask me what time will I be coming in to make my payment. Last I checked I am an adult and dont have to answer to no one, as long as I got there before closing it shouldnt of been a problem. I am so fed up that I just wanna pay this bill off and will not buy at this store again. For starters the bill is extremely high and I am being charged for a membership that I didnt want, use or need. I asked Rosalinda to cancel the membership because I dont use it,she said she couldnt because it is figured into my payment which I believe is BS. I have been reading other reviews and some customers are complaining about being lied to which is bad for business. My advice to the owner is to train your salespeople properly on how not to upset customers with ANNOYING AND HARASSING PHONE CALLS because as you can see in the reviews you are loosing customers.

The sales clerk was very helpful and understanding with what me and my husband wanted, but the guys that work in the wearhouse were not willing to help with the items we needed. For paying customers we should be getting enough help that what we did.

I came here based off the ad in the paper. The ad shows awesome deals but the show room prices show diffrently. They have nice furniture though

Reasonably priced furniture, helpful staff, fast delivery and set up. Overall happy with the service. Furniture its self not of the best quality, but you get what you pay for.

I asked the sales rep if the furniture I was purchasing was coastal becuase it had no tag on it say who was the manufacturer and she said no. When it arrived to my house it had all kinds of tags saying coastal furniture. And everyone knows thats cheap weak furniture. Never again will I come here for anything else nor refer anyone.

I have covered this once before,just recently even,so I will do it again because this was a great place to start drawing in some positive credit,and they have some very good products available.You can buy, or rent to own here and they have easy credit options and a BILINGUAL staff to help everyone.Lots of great products from couches,loveseats,tables,awesome electronics,and many other things that all of us need and use. Ive used their business as well and enjoyed their business!

They lied to me and my husband from the start. Honesty and intergrity are everything! I should of looked else where but my grandmother has been a loyal customer for more then 15 years, i wont be returning. They harrass you with phone calls 3 times a day calling you from different numbers. I informed them we were in mexico i would be making a payment first thing when we returned, they had no consideration. Despite being out the country they blew up my phone every single day. Im done with them.

Place is cool. The financing is way cheaper than other credit stores, plus payments are low. Yeah, they do mess up orders, but you just have to be strict with them and let them know that you dont have time for their games.

Good experience. Beware: always do your research, check other stores to see what their price is. You may be overpaying.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Paid off my item since January but yet it still shows that I owe on my credit. Never will I shop here again

I received what I payed for in a timely manner, employees were very helpful in answering any of my questions. Bedroom set came delivered for planned day during planned time. The guys even set up my stuff for me.

Service was good when I went in to buy but the delivery sucks I was told between 11-4 then I got a call saying that my stuff was not in the truck that it was going to be around 4:30 and its now 5:30 and they are saying maybe 6:30. I will not buy here ever again

NOT very friendly! When I walked in the door all I got were stares and I experienced the same thing a year ago when I visited this store! Young lady at the top of the stairs didnt even ask me if I needed help! I will not go back!

Good things for sale but you would never get anything here for 0down even if you have good credit they will always ask you how much you could leave of $ usually they want like 1000 or 500.and even if you have already been a customer for so long if you want to add an item they have to recheck where you work, income etc it just gets anoying when they just could add it since im not done with the first one.😐

Had previously got some furniture here it went ok the first time around, then after wasting a good amount of money they decide to send me a legal letter complaining about ONE payment that i was late on and not to mention the fact the service is horrible.
