I guess I would give it 3 and 1/2 stars or 4. I got what I wanted, and the product was good. (I went for dry ice) people are saying that the man was extremely rude but I really dont agree with that. Hes just serious about his work and doesnt take anything from anyone. At least thats the vibe I get from him. But he gave good service, cooperation, and did his job. Thats all ai can say. The owner is so rude!! Absolutely no peoples skills at all. Has no idea how to talk to customers! The dry ice is very expensive and I only needed a small amount. But he did a huge favor for me, Smart and Final sells their Dry Ice for $1 a pound. In this place I would have been forced to buy a 10lb bag for $13 since they dont sell by the pound, only per bag.

Really upset with the owner, he is very rude and feels like he owns the parking lot! I parked in front of their store and made me move so his employee could park there. This was a public parking spot by the way. 😠So I went to Smart & final for my dry ice.

I called the store and person that answered had no type of customer service so sad

The staff and delivery guy were outstanding!! I hosted a 50th birthday party at my house, about 80+ people. I needed beverage ice, block ice, and a ice sculpture. They had it all. Delivery was exactly on time. Their estimate of how much ice was needed was perfect. If you need any type of ice, cubes, block,dry or sculptures, this is the place to call.

Great customer service

The man that sold the dry ice to me was extremely chill and he told me some tips to make it last longer since I have to present to my class mates on how to make a dry ice bubble. I would recommend this dry ice supplier to my family and friends.

Bought 20 lbs of dry ice and 20 lbs cubed. Guy did not weigh the dry ice at all. 2 blocks for 20 lbs seemed kinda off to me. Drove home and weighed it myself to find out it weighed 17 lbs. So I called and told them, they said oh that stuff constantly evaporates even with us. I said for it to lose 3 lbs on my drive makes no sense at all. MAKE SURE THEY WEIGH DRY ICE IN FRONT OF YOU.
