I place an order online on Nov. 23rd for the lights I needed. I get an email on the 30th saying the lights I ordered are out of stock and asking if they could replace them with a little higher wattage version of the same light. I told them as long as it had the same physical size as what I ordered so it would fit in the housing we had. He said it was the same. Its now Dec. 11th and the bulbs finally show up and they are a much larger bulb than the ones I ordered. They are refunding but its still about 3 weeks wasted time for me.

The best place for lighting on the West Coast! Shopped for LED bulbs on their great looking website and the prices are lower than anyone else. Great customer service and I got my lamps fast. I will order from Spot Lighting again.

This is by far the best place for all of your lighting needs! I called in and spoke with Stacey. Not only was she friendly, she was knowledgeable on product and knew exactly what I was looking for. False advertising, Poor Service. Website and Google search shows the item we ordered is $18.90. We ordered 16 and received an email confirming the order. Two days later Jack says the price was incorrect on the site and he made a mistake. We were told the actual price is $25.51. Jack ignored our calls and then refused to honor the advised price. (Screen shot of order below.) When I called and asked to be emailed the refund receipt Jack was extremely rude, and unprofessional.Update: We were able to source a compatible ballast for half the price elsewhere. Whether the price mistake was due to a tariff or other cost change, its the responsibility of the business to update their advertisements. Asking for a higher cost after a transaction has been processed is not only poor business practice, but illegal.

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE.Be warned their window for returns is only 14 days not the usual 30. I had a problem with an order and had requested a return at 17 days. Three days late. I had to get in contact with the manufacturer of the item in order to get a return and then I had to pay 25% restocking fee on an $80 item.IF I WERE YOU, I WOULD ORDER ANY PLACE BUT HERE.

Went in to purchase 15 ballasts for 4 bulb T5 florescent fixtures. They did not have GE so offered substitute which was fine. Problem was I drove 20 miles based on Brian saying they had 30 in stock.Since wire colors were different than GE Will Call desk had no idea how to wire them up for 4 bulbs.He said, We dont know anything about the electricity, we just sell them.I asked if they had an application engineer.on staff and he looked shocked when he said, No.Probably adequate place if you are a licensed electrician, but certainly not if you have a technical question.
