He answered all our questions and took the time to walk mom and me through the process, test, and results. Nice quiet clean office with friendly staff. When we reached the door the receptionist immediately jumped up to hold the door so I could navigate the wheelchair. Appointment was right on time. The technician was friendly & made my mother laugh & took time to make sure hearing aids were adjusted but also answered her questions about Bluetooth connection with her phone.This is such a great place.Thanks for taking great care of my mother’s hearing.

Randy at Connect Hearing is so kind, helpful and professional. My mom is 93 years old with very poor hearing and Randy keeps her tuned up. The greatest suggestion was a blue tooth sound device that puts her TV sound directly into her hearing aids. Mom is able to watch TV and hear the TV sound without the outside volume too loud for everyone else. Thank you so much for the suggestion of this device.

My husband was referred to this facility by our doctor for a hearing evaluation and new hearing aids. If there were more than 5 stars we would certainly give it 10+ -- they are so beyond helpful and totally professional.They gave us several options on hearing aids and the pros and cons of each. He had his hearing test and everything was totally explained as to the extent of his hearing loss.We bought the ones we wanted and went back the next week. We figured he would just hand them to us and that would be it. Not so, he spent a good deal of time adjusting them and letting my husband know just how to use them and adjust them. We go back again in two weeks for a recheck to see that all is working as it should.Cannot give them enough praise!! If you need hearing aids this is the one and only place to go.

Really enjoyed the service at the Arcadia Connect Hearing, but moved to Long Beach and now I have CONNECTED with this location. Such great service. I didnt have an appointment, but I happened to catch them in between clients and they were happy to take me. I needed help getting my hearing aids paired with my iPhone 11 which required a software update and general training for me. A good review of all the hearing aid features was provided and very helpful. Very pleased and I recommend Connect Hearing in Long Beach (and Arcadia).

Being hearing impaired my whole life, I’ve had my fair share of audiologists but Randy is the BEST! He is so friendly and welcoming. I always seem to have hearing aid emergencies and I hate to be without my hearing aid. This place is so accommodating that they will squeeze me in between appointments to help address any issues I’m having. Randy always fixes everything in house and I’m always amazed at how fast the process is. I liked the service and education provided by Randy at Connect Hearing. He gave me a hearing test that included evaluation of sensory neural damage to the cochlea, explained the difference between the various levels of hearing aid, and cleaned by current hearing aids.
