Don’t come with an out of state ID. I was visiting my friends in Long Beach and thought I’d check out the dispensary’s and this is the only one that rubbed me the wrong way. The made me recite my whole ID and when I told them everything the security came and told me my ID was fake. They said they weren’t giving my ID back until I threatened to call the police. I had to show them my student Id from the university of tennessee and my plane ticket from Tennessee to get them to give my ID back.Long story short bad vibes all around. Don’t come if you’re out of state.Highly recommend HAVEN. Super friendly and very knowledge about their products.

Literally the only place I have found my favorite strain. Recommend the place for the prices and the people. The parking however...brace yourself to not find parking or bring quarters for when you do.

I usually love this place I’m really sad. I don’t know if it was just a bad day or what but the customer service I got was lackluster. I asked for a fruity tasting smoke product which is pretty easy and usually the employees there have knowledge so they can find me a product that I like. Not this time… I got recommended a product that was gross at best. Wasted 60$ or more on a product that i won’t use. Very disappointed. It’s only three stars because it’s so rarely happens this place is usually great Just not this time.

I like this place. Comfortable atmosphere and no pretentious budtenders. Everyone Ive encountered has been so pleasant and helpful. Today I had David, who was patient and answered all my questions fully. He even suggested something special for my husband for our anniversary. Great place, great location!

THIS PLACE IS AWESOME!!!! I won a gift card at a beach clean up event and I couldn’t have been luckier. As with all shops I was a bit bit nervous walking in as a first time customer but as soon as I walked in I felt welcomed and taken care of. The staff made great recommendations. All the products I tried were new to me but all amazing. From start to finish all the employees were helpful, nice, and very chill. I’m not from the area but anytime I am near I will 100% make a stop at this cool place. 5 stars for sure.

Ive visited many dispensaries. And the worst ones are the all fluff, no substance name brand shops that charge you more and give you less. The flower in this place is mediocre and dry at at best. I guess fully licensed doesnt mean fully knowledgeable. Prepacked cannabis will immediately dry up no matter how much glass you use. Unless its air tight in plastic. And so far, very few shops can claim that. Ive recently tried vape distillate thc and I have to pry information and good suggestions out of every budtender so I can make an informed decision. Recently sold a rechargeable buddies disposable I was told was a rechargeable battery. Then a buddies cartridge that isnt compatible. All rushed.I try to get budtender, I get hurry up offense... your local drug dealer or mom and pop have better product and prices. Shops like Haven, The Circle, Catalyst, etc, are all hype and no substance.

Love this place and have been coming for years, but had a pretty crazy experience yesterday. The General Manager Sam had told a group of seven of us that our IDs were fake and had to be confiscated by the police, knowing they were not fake everybody complied. Immediately our IDs were then returned and we were told to leave the store despite no cops coming to test the fake IDs. I then went to the counter and said I have an account with points and use this ID at this location weekly, after another 30 minutes of being told my ID was fake I was let in after showing my debit card and other form of IDs as well as my Med Card. For reference I am 20 years old with a med card and they were claiming I had a fake ID when my ID Only Says 20 yrs old. after 45 minutes of drama which I was compliant and polite through the manager Sam let us in and rudely handed me my ID. No discount was provided for inconvenience, no sorry was given, I asked if the system was having problems and I was told by him my ID was the problem, the same one I had used every time for over a year. Budtenders here are amazing, product and pricing is on point, People at the front are helpful and friendly and I do plan On returning soon Hopefully Sam isnt there.

Decent selection, but they do tend to run low on things.Most all of the staff is friendly, and as tight as parking is I always find a spot within 1-2 blocks. Ive been pretty happy with this place!

When entry this facility, we were shoved in like cattle and treated as such. The staff was eager to get myself and friends to pick items and move on.There was a very small selection and it was disappointing. I had heard good things about this store but evidently each location is different. I came out dissatisfied with my treatment, the prices are not good and I wish I would of just left without item. Horrible and embarrassed I took my friends there.

Over priced. Purchased house brand connected flower on 4/20/19. What they don’t tell you is that the flower is from 10/25/18.Product was incredibly stale and completely dry. Walked back 5min later and was told all sales final. Trash weed and trash service. Great place if you’re uninformed or enjoy long lines.

Bud tender who helped us out was obviously stoned and couldn’t help answer our questions-then pulled out his vape in the middle of our conversation…We might have spent more, but couldn’t get clear answers to our questions.Overall apathetic and unhelpful vibes here. Won’t be returning.

Best prices on concentrates. Honestly the cheapest shop in Long Beach. Cool people too they really went out of their way when there was an inconvenience to make things right ! I have been coming here since I moved to Long Beach in January. I have always had good experiences w this location and spend a ton of money here. Last week I bought two “St. Des” pre-roll blunts (upon the bud tenders recommendation) and smoked them later that evening w my bf. We smoked them both back-to-back and didn’t get high AT ALL. I brought the package in today and let the bud tender know my experience, and a guy( I’m assuming the manager) interjected into my conversation w her and basically said “oh well, too bad these things happen.” Then proceeded to insult me by saying that he was “just told” they hit really well (I doubt it, and don’t appreciate him saying Im lying). Needless to say this rubbed me the wrong way... now I’m going to shop around for another dispensary. 5-stars for the bud tenders and 1 star for the rude manager. That’s not how you do business.
