This has been my greatest discovery of this year. I cant belive I have been living my life not knowing this place existed. The fruit is so fresh and delicious. There is so many different choices. Every item on the menu is worth a try. The food is so good!

Strawberry smoothie was given to them directly from an angel I swear it. So good and large is a LARGE!!! SO YUMMY and the sweet girl chopped up some pineapple to put on top too. Delicious

Great flavors and super clean very friendly staff. Missing a rose ice cream on the menu. Otherwise couldnt have asked for better ice cream.

It was and will be my last time to try la Michoacana. I tasted the ice cream and the 4 choices I made were all disappointing.No flavor at all in any of the choices but lot of nuts which was the only great thing of the experience. It was a burden to finish the cream because it is a cream feeling without flavor…staff is friendly and price is reasonable but won’t be back.

Jfc 3 people in the store and weve been waiting 10min.Edit: increased to 4 stars because the popsicles really are good.

Love, love, love their cucumber lime juice! Any of the ice cream is good, my fav is Reeses.

To bad service, I have come few times here, always diferent people working, look like they does not want to work, treating customers bad, I bought two medium mangoneadas 20 dls and done bad, I do not recommend this place.

Horrible experience. On February 1st I went to order a cake for my mother in law and I showed Cynthia (girl that took my order and “cake decorator”) a picture of a cake that was made for my niece at the Hemet Michiocana. She promptly said that she could make the same exact design. I asked for red and white and roses to cover the sides and part of the top of the cake. When I picked up on February 2nd, the color on the supposed red roses looked orange and the flowers were not properly shaped.The very nice girl that helped me was very apologetic and quick to attempt to resolve my issue. She called Cynthia and asked what could be done. Her solution was to give me my money back or for me to take the cake as is. I had no other option than to take the cake because my mother in law was heading back home to Texas in the morning the next day. I don’t recommend anyone to order ice cream cakes from here. Worst customer service experience. The 1 star was for the girl who attempted to resolve my issue.

Horrible Experience ever bad customer service, lack of restroom service, I wanted to make a formal complaint with the manager of the store and the employees denied me to provide a contact number I had no choice other than report the business to the city of Long Beach ...stay tuned..any business now open to the public need to comply with all the local, state and federal regulations

An absolute hidden gem of Long Beach. Had their Fresas con Crema and a Scoop of their Chocolate Abuelita Chocolate Ice Cream, absolutely delicious; and their Horchata is unmatched!!

Always great ...everything hits the right spot

My wife and I stopped here May 3 during COVID season to get some tasty ice cream and use the rest room. First comment, this whole place is impeccably clean. Whoever maintains, paints and cleans needs about $60 an hour. Super impressive. The bathroom was clean enough to eat in. The ice cream was incredible, served in portions that will satisfy any true aficionado. The Bionico was better than any Ive had, the mango, strawberry, apple and cantaloupe were fresh and firm, the cream just the right amount of sweet. The triple scoop ice cream was equally amazing, pasas con ron or rompope was as good as any gelato Ive had in Europe. Outstanding service, super friendly and professional. Thank you for making our stop such an incredible experience!

How delicious the prepared pork rinds. The tostilocos, I recommend them I felt like in my beautiful Michoacan all the very colorful decoration.
