I came in here to buy some last minute anniversary balloons. I must admit, I was definitely last minute and arrived about 3 hours before the store closed. I wanted some form of balloon bouquet to decorate a very plain wall for my anniversary celebration. The service was less than great, while both the attendant and store manager “helped” me with my request, the owner in particular was obviously displeased at my need for service.I love to support local places, especially those hit by national pandemics such as the party industry, but I will not be returning to this particular location.The latex balloons did not last the remainder of the evening and they were not particularly cheap.I was overall unsatisfied with my experience.

We rented table and chairs from them as well as a popcorn machine for my sons first birthday and we were so impressed!! They gave us a small time gap of when they would arrive which was nice because then we were waiting around all day for them to show up. We also got balloons and other miscellaneous party supplies from them. It’s a one stop shop for parties! Will definitely be using them in the future!!

All City Party is the most awesome party store around, and theres a lady there that does these balloon towers, and theyre awesome. She does all the balloons. They have so much to choose from. Jumpers, tables and chairs, popcorn machines, cotton candy machines and all kinds of party favors. They are great. I get all my supplies from All City Party

Love the people there but.....they make you put the chairs and tables in your car! They dont have anybody to do that job! And they have no pick services so if you cant make it the next day they will charge again for what you paid in the beginning! Bad service!!

Called first to see if they fill helium for already purchased helium balloons. They do! Score. I already called Dollar Tree who said they dont. I got my 12 balloons filled and 9 extra of theirs plus some more event supplies promptly and efficiently. 🙂

It always has what we need. They have good package deals, my 2 daughters and myself loves this store. We have several birthdays and parties they haven’t failed us yet. I just bought a beautiful unicorn piñata from them it was the hit of the party. Thank you for being helpful and working with us.

I visited this location for the 1st time the customer service was horrible! The owner was very dry and not welcoming at all. Will never go here again. Im a true believer in customer service and this was not it.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE AT THIS PLACE! Me and my sister have just experienced racial profiling and not only that, just plain DISGUSTING behavior from the woman who works behind the counter. Unfortunately I didnt get her name, however she was very rude with us. The issue started when we arrived and the balloons we already ordered and PAID for were not even ready. We inquired about our order and the woman told us that our mother had already picked them up. This confused us as our mother wasnt even a part of the balloons being picked up. We probably sat and argued with this woman for about 10 minutes telling her we know our balloons werent picked up, and aside from that this woman didnt even ask our mother for a receipt, a card, nothing?! We also had to SHOW HER A PICTURE OF OUR MOTHER!! I mean seriously?! After minutes of arguing, the worker telling us she felt like she was being played, and various other insults. we finally discovered she had confused my sisters name, Shanell for a customer named Janelle. This infuriated me even more just because of the fact that this woman thought we were all the same people. Sorry miss, not all African-Americans are the same people! This was just a terrible experience and as Im writing this review we are still waiting for our balloons to be blown up. The woman didnt even offer us any type of compensation or anything. No money back, not even a free balloon. Unless you would like to experience racial profiling and terrible customer service Id steer clear of this place! I truly am DISGUSTED with the situation that occurred today. Hopefully the management can fix this problem and train their employees correctly. I will NEVER come back here for ANY reason.

This is a neat store, it was my first visit here. They have a lot of party supplies including pinatas on hand. I went in for balloons for a birthday, I wanted number balloons but they were like $14 each before inflation so I bought confetti balloons, plain balloons and a foil balloon. They have a great selection of balloons! I spend $24 for a bday pin, bday sash, 5 confetti balloons, 4 colored balloons and a happy bday balloon. I dont typically buy balloons so I have no idea if those are good prices but the lady who worked there was helpful and friendly. I was supposed to come back at 5 to pick up my balloons, I was running late and the balloons were not inflated so I had to wait which was tough because I was already running late. They also do party rentals, I saw bounce houses, popcorn machines, outdoor heaters, tents and probably more I forgot about.

I would give 0 stars if I could. We ordered a piñata on March 3rd. They said it would take a couple weeks. So after a couple of weeks, we called. They said they would all us when it arrived, and that should be in a couple of days or whatever. So then we called back since we never heard back. They continued (for nearly 2 weeks) to tell us that it would be there tomorrow. Then, today, with NO phone call, my wife went in an picked this thing up. No phone call, and attitude from the lady working the counter today. I would stay away from this place at all cost.We have used them several times, and each time the service gets worse and worse. Theyll be out of business soon I am sure.
