Amazing experience. Called on a Friday and found out they did not stock the exact enclosures I needed (20 pieces). Their customer service rep called the factory and arranged for drop shipment of the enclosures on Monday that delivered to us on Wednesday. We were able to modify to print and deliver to our customer by the end of that week. Fantastic service and very fair price and shipping charges. Highly recommended!!!

Problems are always bound to happen, but TEquipment takes care of you when they do.Amazon might be a few bucks cheaper, but go with a trusted supply chain so you dont risk getting a clone or knock off. Im a JBC Tools customer because of the high quality of their products. I had an immediate need for a de-soldering station and accessories, so I selected a JBC product that integrated into the tool controller that we have. TEquipment.net was the only stocking distributor that I could find that carried JBC products and stocked their products; all of the other national distributors either didnt have stock or appeared to take orders and then place them with the factory instead of stocking product. The staff at TEquipment called me to go over my questions and stocking status - they were knowledgeable, helpful and worked until the order was completed; all very refreshing from the normal ordering systems on most sites, which often do not have a live person to discuss things with. This is the first review I have taken the time to express. Buyer beware. This company lacks integrity. I bought a Takeuchi TL10 from them for $37K. I had several in depth conversations with the salesman regarding the shape the machine was in and the maintenance that had been completed when they received the machine in for a trade. I bought the machine site unseen because I live 1000 miles away. So I went by the integrity of the company. Lesson learned. They had promised me the machine had been thoroughly gone over and all fluids and filters replaced. None of which was true. Not only were they not replaced but the outer air filter was missing with an inner filter date of 2/06/14 (picture attached). The upper radiator hose had a leak. There were several other issues that also indicated that the unit was not looked over what so ever. From one business owner to another take a some pride in the product you sell. Great businesses are built on integrity.
